This is my third mail for the same issue. Please help in getting the same resolved at the earliest and I hope that at least this mail of mine will be read and will be replied. I have not received a single reply on the mails sent below.

Initially, I made a request for PF Claim. This was done after submitting the attested docs and form provided by my previous employer (IBM - Gurgaon). The status on your tool showed as account settled however was not transferred to the account. After a long follow up I came to know that the same has been rejected as I gave the account number for a Joint Account, which was not acceptable. I was then advised to file a fresh claim request.

I followed the same process of getting the form and the docs attested by my previous employer and ensured that I gave correct details with my individual account number. I am still waiting for the transfer and it has been more than a month that I have been waiting for the transfer, against my fresh claim request.I required this money for some emergency and the same has not been taken care.

I would also like to share my grievances on the support provided by the EPFO - Gurgaon. The most inefficient team that I have ever seen and purely a bunch of irresponsible people in the office. No matter you call the office the entire day, you would never be able to get through the PRO. The number is either busy or rings and ends with no answer. And in case one gets through to some of the number then you will just be asked to try different extensions.

For the reference I am attaching the screenshot of the calls made to the office and no one picked even a single time.

I hereby, with folded hands, request you to please look into the same and shall get the necessary actions taken.


The level of frustration is not exactly the delay but is for not being assisted properly. I am unable to get the proper information on the process and on the status... Please help as I need this money urgently now...

Epfo, Gurgaon — Pension money not transferred

Hello Sir,
I applied for PF transfer from gurgaon(HR/GGN/27711/34) to Ahmedabad(GJ/AHD/51557/993). I got money but i didnot get information about total money in account and how much money got transferred. I think that pension is not transferred by gurgaon PF office.

I retired from the company on dated 31.12.08.All the NOC and other document is been cleared.My final settelment amount of Rs 113000 is been declared but yet not the final settelment amount and PF is been given to me.The cocern department is stating that lack of fund availability disburshment are not been finalised.

I have already send form 13A to transfer from Old PF account (A/c No TN/MAS/40497/11200) to New account (A/c No WB/7225/X-1089), though in previous, i have noticed on www.epfindia.com that my form 13A was approved and payment under process, but Feb 2012 onwards it shows that has been rejected and dispatched rejection letter. Then I have registere in EPF site (Reg No RCHEN/E/2012/01589) where i found officer K.V. Sarveswaran and his phone no [protected]. Though I have not contact Sarveswaran but his assistant told me that it was released for authorized signature. But every one knows that SUBHIKSHA Trading services limited has totally colosed.

Please look into this at the earliest.

For past more than a year I have been following up my PF which belongs to account no PF NO: RJ /1128 / 20791, which is lying with "M/s Shriram rayons, kota, Rajasthan". Presently I am working with " Mukand ltd " at kalwe, dist: Thane. I want to transfer the pf amount to my Mukand pf account. (Account no : MH/44/74254).

Though the amount is showing in the Mukand PF account but it is not supported with "Annexure K". I am following up with Shriram rayons for sending "Annexure K" for past 6-7 months on Mukand Address which they are failing to proceed. All correspondences required by "Shriram rayons have been sent.

This is kindly requested to help me out so that "M/s Shriram Rayons will send "Annexure K" at the earliest. Iam getting pressurized from Mukand ltd for Annexure K receipt.PLS HELP..

the EPFMS grievance cell they kept is a waste thing i poste many grievances they told u have not submitted the forms.
so guys please do not use grievance cell

Issue has been resolved, I have with drawn the deposit from PARK STREET PF office . Thanking Mr. Basu on helping me withdraw the same
