Hello, I have lost my husband Sachin Patil on 17th May due to COVID. Although he submitted PF transfer form 13online in Jan 2020, PF was not transferred to his current organization L&T trust and it was not informed.
I re-submitted form 13 again to EPFO, Pune office, but PF is still not transferred to L&T trust. I am chasing RPFC RO PUNE ONE, but no one is responding and no one is picking up call on landline.

The deposit for the month of Mar 2016 to June 2017 appears as 0[zero] in the passbook statement.
The amount had been deposited my previous employer.

EPFO team has been rejecting the claims for more than 9 months mentioning that Claim Rejected WAGES 15000/- NOT ELIGIBLE FOR PENSION MEMBERSHIP BUT ESTABLISHMENT REMITTED PENSION CONTRIBUTION, Claim Rejected WAGES MORE THAN 15000 NOT ELIGIBLE FOR PENSION, ESTT DEDUCTED THE SAME RESUBMIT AFTER ECR REVISION, Claim Rejected WAGES ABOVE 15000 AND PENSION MEMBERSHIP IS PROVIDED PL CONTACT TO ESTABLISHMENT FOR ECR CORRECTION.. Similarly I have submitted all the forms to my prior employer but they have been rejecting my claims repeatedly from Sep 2020.
So far 11 of my claims have been rejected with the same reason. I left my prior organization 6 months ago. Still EPFO is making the corrections to be made in my account and not settling my partial-with drawl of the claims.

Please help me to resolve the issue/settle my partial-withdrawl.

I'm provident fund holder.i have applied for joint declaration to the vashi mumbai p.f office. Because I need the money. I have submit all the documents which is necessary on 11/04/2021 in your drop box .But no one msg or email from ur side then I have again drop all the documents 11 june 2021 again same the negligence. How to resolve my problem sir. How to get response? Please resovleved this issue because i need emergency fund.

However i am requesting look after the matter soon.its very urgent sir. Expecting a speedy nd positive from your side.

This is online earning platform work from home. They took my 6500 Rs They don't have any fear against police I said them I'll go and complaint police about this so they said you can go freely. They are not giving my money back.

This is related to my PF account (EPFO Bandra) where the EPFO department has deducted amount twice in passbook but credited only once.
I can clearly see that the EPFO department have vanished all my contributions from the passbook for the duration from Apr 2015 to July 2017 and again EPFO department has deducted the same amount one more time. They have credited the amount only once, after completion of their required process.
In this way the department has deducted contribution twice but credited only once. I have my old passbook (before the department has deducted the amount) and the new passbook (after the department has deducted the amount) in which we can clearly see the difference of amount around Rs. 59000+ and there is no contribution entry available for the duration from Apr 2015 to July 2017.
I can understand there can be a difference related to the interest amount for EMPLOYER CONTRIBUTION as it has been divided into 2 columns - Employer Share and Pension Contribution but there should not be any difference in principal amount for (Employee Share + Employee Share Interest) and total of (Employer Share and Pension Contribution)
This is really a very BIG issue related to loss of money which is around 59000+and needs to be resolved as soon as possible.

Hi i have applied for PF partial amount on 14 May but no reply even after a week. I had a financial issues due to which i applied and what is a use if they take so long to process??
Finally after waiting for long period they are sending me a rejection list? What is all this?
Should i wait for so long period for my own money??
Will patients in the hospital wait for the death??

I again applied on 9th June 2021 and still now there is no reply!!!

This is senthilnathan i worked for one year in quscient technologies, located at kandhanchavadi, chennai. after thtree months of the resignation i did not get my pf amount because of employer digital signature.many times i mailed to hr regarding the digital signature but nothing works.please contact them and make them to settle the pf amount to my hdfc bank account.

This is to inform you that I have been repeatedly raising grievances with the Mumbai PF Bandra office for a follow-up on the Scheme Certificate Issuance which is required to be filed for claiming Family Pension fund as I have attained the age of 62 years. The details as filed.
My last employer was in Chennai I had submitted the documents through my employer vide un no[protected]/TNMAS [protected] Pankaj Kapoor along with the scheme certificate for my period of employment in Chennai available with me but I was informed that in order to process the documents they require the scheme certificate of the previous employer which was not sent to me when the claim was settled. as the case was very old with a lot of difficulties I was able to contact my previous employer and a fresh set of form 10 c with the relevant documents was sumbitted.my previous pf no was MH/12313/-B/1433 but the matter remaind unresolved.the last message received from the department was that the grievance has been already assigned to the concerned section by RO FOR RESOLUTION and requested to bear with us inconvenience is deeply regreted.

I am a Provident Fund holder. I have applied for PF advance on June 1st, c2021 due to outbreak of Covid-19, which our Indian Govt. announced on 30th May, 2021. The Govt. has asked to settle the claim in this case within 3working days. But till the date my claim has not been settled though already Rs.30000.00 has been deducted from my PF Account and it's showing under process. I have already highlighted the issue to them, they have asked that since the office is not operating due to lockdown that's why they are not doing the settlement. If it's so, then how and why my PF balance has been deducted from my Account. I have already asked that I need the money for emergency purpose.

However, I am requesting kindly look after the matter soon. It's very urgent. Expecting a speedy and positive response from your end.

My PF Transfer was to happen from PYKRP/24909/6412 TO THTHA[protected]. The amount was rejected by my current organization and it was returned to Employee Provident Fund Office, K. R. Puram, Bangalore.
My current organization has already sent a re-issue form since many months but the amount is still not credited.
Earlier PF TR IN amount was return back, so Reissue Form is submitted. Kindly confirm the latest status of PF TR IN claim.

I am trying to transfer this amount since 2019. Till now I haven't received the same.

I was working in Alia Premedia Service from April-2011 to May-2015. Company name got changed in April 2014 and they gave me a new PF number. So basically I had two PF numbers during the employment.

1. MH/44785/137 - for the period of 20211 to 2014
2. TH/THA/0206280/000/62 - for the period of 2014 to 2015

Now I cannot link the 1st PF number to my UAN. while linking I was getting error "Failed to verify MID, please try again later"

Every month it shows 15 date for p[censored]pdation in passbook, but they don't update on 15th,

They update it on later on dates and shows 15 date in passbook every time,

It shows pf added on every months 15date, but in reality they don't,

Today is 26 date but still didn't updated the passbook, same issue observed in last few months.

My name is Deepak S/O Raj Singh and my UAN No[protected]. On 23rd March 2021, I submitted an online form to withdraw my PF & Pension fund. On the EPFO portal it is showing that your claim is settled on 08 April 2021 but I did not get it in my bank account yet.

I have telephonically communicated with the EPFO department (Karnal) . They told me to upload the bank passbook again. I have again uploaded the documents and bank passbook but the field officer again rejected my claim and commented on the rejection reason-Claim has been settled on 08th April 2021 and bank passbook is not signed by authorised signatory.
