My PF No. is KN/15536/1384. All the documents with cancelled cheque was submitted to PF office, Bangalore on 24th Feb 2011. Once on 1st. June in my mobile a message came that the my PF work was under process. But till now no transfer of amount was done. I call on the nos.[protected], [protected], the phone rang sometimes & sometimes it entered into EPABX system. But no body took on the phone. What is the system at Karnataka state. Shame, very shame to this state.

I had requested Regional Provident Fund commissioner Chandigarh on31/03/2009 to refund my provident fund accumlations in account numberPN/20118/244 as i was not serving in india any more. two dozen reminders thereafter have yielded no results. Kindly arrange the refunds at the earliest.

I have applied for withdrawl of my claim amount with EPFO Bandra.The people say that it was not credited through neft IN MY ACCOUNT.I had again submitted my form for reissue on 05/04/2011.I was told that I will receive amount within ninety days.I have lodged on line complaint but there is no reply from office

I had submitted my PF form for the withdrawl of my PF money on the 18th of April 2011 however they posted in their accounts by 23rd of May'2011, eventually no one is avaialble to comment on the status in their office. Today it is 6th of July'2011 i am still waiting for my PF Money.
Provident Fund A/C No:WB/CA/40804/405; i am also attaching the reciept of the submission that was made to the PF office.

I have made a claim against my PF which was accepted by the EPFO on 8-March-2011, however I am yet to receive the same.
The numbers provided on the website are never answered.
I would like to know how do I take this up with the EPFO inorder to expedite the claim process.

I have applied for settlement of my EPF & EPS ACOUNT since 23rd April 2011 even if i have added two reminders also to settle my EPF & EPS Account No - OR/15096/17 VIDE COMPLAIN & REMINDER NO - ROORI/E/2011/00320.

But EPFO, RO, Bhubaneswar hopefully needs a time period of near about 1 - 2 years instead of 1-2 Months.

All Govt organisation are same they say something and do another. No organised peoples. Nothing. But they want common people to do everything in time. if common people delayed in making payment they have to pay interest with penalty. What about us? we are also suffered because of these delay. Who will pay penalty us?.

Hi Sir,

This is with reference to your Grievance registered vide Registration Number ROTHA/E/2011/01137 with EPFO, Thane office.

I Have applied for the PF office in the month of FEB for which the applicattion got approved and the amount was sent to my account thru cheque where the account details were wrongly mentioned for which i am facing the consequences. I have mentioned the correct account number and i have attached the cancelled cheque of my account with the application even then the account was wrongly mentioned and when i'm cheking with the PF office thru Grievance system of EPFO. I'm getting the same answer for any question reg the solution. that after processing your grievance,the following action(s) has been taken:
Sir, Form 19 amount 19260/- cheque no. 873203 and NEFT generated on 17/03/11. and 10C amount 9154/- cheque no. 663668 and NEFT generated on 18/03/11 and the amount has been sent to[protected] where as i have mentioned the correct account number as 0004Z[protected]INdus INDbank account) not[protected]. I already have raised 4 grievance request but i havent got the solution for the problem. Please help me in getting a permanent solution instead of me raising grievance request every time.

I Just need solution for this:
1)Do I need to re apply
2)will i be able to get a fresh cheque with the correct account details please let me know.

Else please give me the contact details for escalating further as am not satisfied with the reply which i have got.

HENCE i AM ELIGIBLE FOR PENSION AFTER COMPLETING THE AGE OF 50 YRS,WHICH I COMPLETED IN 2008.I submitted 10d(2 copies)along with 3 photosof self and spouse,break in service statement,date of birth certificate of self and childrens,bank pass book and all these documents were submitted by my employer in sept.2009.I am yet to recieve my pension in my account,kindly provide me details as to why so much of delay.

This is with regards to my PF withdrawal. My PF a/c no. is MH/44632/ 9871.
I have been following up with the PF office Vashi . Even have been there personally in the month of April. At the time the PF office was getting computerized and they told me we will be getting our PF in mid of May.

I have again followed up the same with the PF office in the month of June. Now they are saying that it is not showing any status on mine. They are not willing to pass any information . They want me to give a personal visit.

I just got to understand that a former colleague have already received his PF. Both of our name are listed in the list receipt my the PF office. I am attaching the same for your kind reference. If you could kindly look into the matter and let me know what has happen to my account.

I have already let my company know about what has happen to my account. They are trying from there end . They had send a query of the same on Monday. But we have not received any feed back as of now.

i have applied for PF withdrawal on 11 Jan 2011 at wazirpur west office then and now office shifted to Dwarka sec-23. So many times i have enquired on your custmor care phone[protected] about my withdrawal application but it has always been replied that application is under process even after 6 months. Also i personally went to your Dwarka sec-23 office on[protected] and met with Mr.Sudeep/sandeep in section-28 and enquired about my application status and he told me that there was some problem in the system now it had been rectified and he assured me that he would process my application in the next 7 to 10 days.I urgently need this money for my sister marriage purpose. As per PF Wthdrwal guidlines the PF would have been refunded in 45 days ,but in my case it has been more than 6 months and still i am not getting any response.It is going to be very painful day by day and it is creating un-neccessary mental pressure/ harrassment.
Hope for early resolution of my case.

As per my Previous Employee, my PF Withdrawal form has been sent to EPFO , Mysore Road on 7th Feb 2011.However i have not yet recieved any settlement amount till date.
I have raised a grivence ROBGL/E/2011/03263 with EPFO on 17th May 2011, but not yet recieved any response from RO of Banglore office.

Also when i try to find my claim status on EPFO site , i get a message ":No data available".

Please help me to get my PF settlement done.

Hi,
This is regarding to delay in my PF Trasnfer. I worked for LOCUZ, Hyderabad with PF (AP/HY/42807/199) has to be transfered to my new PF account assocaited with my new company (TCS). I submitted the process for transfer in the month June 2010 and happend almost 1 year with no conclusion.

In the month of March 2011, visited EPO Hyderabad personally and was told application rejected with no reason mentioned.

In the month of May 2011, submitted grievance online ROHBD/E/2011/04250 and was told it is under process with update that Form 13 was received on 8th Feb 2011 and directed for further process.

Later I visited EPO hyderabad twice and was told that my application is rejected by the person in enquiry room. After long aurgument, i am allowed to contact PRO(NANDA DEVI) who is looking my account but she is on continous leave from 1 month.

So I see no progress in the process from last 4 months. No clue why EPO and people working there are careless about my money. I am facing the pain since I am forcibly invested money by government.
