WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE ACCOUNT STATEMENT FOR LAST 3 YEARS.
WHEN WE ARE ASKINF FOR THE STATEMENT AT EFP OFFICE, WITHOUT CHEACKING THE FILE, THEY ARE SAYING THAT COMPANY NOT DEPOSIT THE AMOUNT. AS PER COMPANY RECORD EPF DEPOSIT IS UPTODATE.
PLZ DO THE NEEDFUL.

Hi This is Pratik, have applied for PF from last 8 months. They dont even reply well. I have also Registered a Grievance on http://epfigms.gov.in/ but they purposely do is they ask to add password for that and when after 15 - 20 days i am accessing that complaint what they do in their online site is, they purposely make the password wrong by adding extra character at the end after you type ur password.

So being an engineer i used Firebug (Mozilla plugin) and made true indie a function and than deleted last character in that and submited that for. Than i got to see the complaint. To which again that Gautam Dixit replied without giving any info. It said:

Even i got to see this from last 6 moths.

MY EPF a/c no. KN/BN/18453/9908, i have worked in IGate, Chennai starting from[protected] to[protected], due to personal problem i have been resigned from the company on[protected], I have submitted my final withdrawal of EPS claim along with Form 10c, form 19 and other relavant documents on[protected], my employer was forwarded the application on[protected] to EPFO, K.R Puram, Bangalore for further process of my claim. so many months were over still i have not received the claim. Many times i enquiry EPFO, office simply they are telling that your application is under process.Kindly look in to the matter and clear my final withdrawal of EPS claim immediatly. below is the online status since three months (from May 24 11).

I am Sanjay R. Yadav. I was worked with M/s. East West Freight Carriers Pvt. Ltd. for 5 year, I have regisned from my post on 22.02.2010. I have submited my pf form on nov. 2010, but till date i have not received from PF amount,
I have been visit at pf office for more then 7 time in just six month. in april i have come to know that some problem with my pf account due to this the form was rejected. i have re-checked the form and register with pf officer, and found their are some probel with my name as per my form my name is correct i.e. sanjay yadav but at per pf office register it showing some one's Mr. Devendra Mukharjee's name.
and till date they have not taken any action on that and my file are kept in clerks drawer.
I have discussed the same with my previous organisation i.e. EAST WEST FREIGHT CARRIERS PVT. LTD. and they have submitt one letter to PF office that no one of Mr. Devendra Mujharjee worked with EAST WEST FREIGHT CARRIERS and pf number 22181/390 belong to Mr. SANJAY YADAV.

Sir, I Have again checked with PF office but still they have not taken any action and saying when we have time will check but we can not promise you when will we check.

Please do your best to get my money.

Dear sir,

Presently I am working with Ultratech cement Limited ( Gujarat cement work kovaya, Rajula ,GUJARAT) Prior to this I was with ambuja cement Limited ( Maratha Cement Limited, upparwahi , MAHARASHTR0.
on my transfer ( Year 2008) , I applied for MY PF TRANSFER wich is still pending. I had number of followup with amjuba cements but all the time they replyied that all the deatils are send to EMPLOYE PROVIDENT FUND ORGANISATION OFFICE OF THE REGIONAL P.F COMMISSINER NAGPUR.

When took matter PF OFFICE NAGPUR, they asked that break up services is not recived.

I even taken up this matter with my pre prior company M/s Gannon Dunkerly & company.
They have given deatil of fund transfer of my account to PFC OFFICE NAGPUR. including 1.0 orignal Form no-13A, form no-4( p.s), Form NO-5(P.S) 3.0 Break in service certficate 4.0 Form No-7 on 22 feb- 2008.and Copy of this was also send to RPFC OFFICE bandra. They have request RPFC -Nagpur to call deatil of Pension form BANDRA.

Ultimately My PF of 1.0 M/S Gannon and dunkerly & company Limited ,2.0 M/s Ambuja cement in not transfered into My Ultratech Cement account.

Request to Kindly tell me when i will recive my PF , WHAT ELSE IS REQUIRED AND WHOME TO TAKE UP MATTER WITH, WHO IS RESPONSIABLE.

I have submited my EPF withdraw form on 23rd of May, but still I am not getting my balance or any respone from EPF office Haldwani. so I am really disapointed with the service. my A/c no. UHLD[protected]

I AM A RETIRED BANK EMPLOYEE SINCE 31.07.2003 AND GETTING EPS PENSION OF Rs. 516/- ONLY SINCE 01.03.2004. AFTER 01.10.2009, THE PENSION AMOUNT HAS STOPPED AUTOMATICALLY ALTHOUGH LC (LIFE CERTIFICATES ARE REGULARLY GIVEN IN PERSON AND OVER MAILS AS ATTACHMENTS TIME AND AGAIN. EVEN ONLINE GRIEVENCES ONCE SUBMITTED AT EPFO WEBSITE BUT ALL WENT AT DEAF EARS. NO ONE IS READY TO ANSWER AND BEAUROCRACY IS SEEN AT ITS PEAK WHEN YOU REALLY NEED FINACIAL HELP (YOUR OWN MONEY) IN THE FORM OF PENSION. GOD KNOWS WHAT IS WRONG WITH EPFO.

This is my son's manoj singh mehta ID.

i am employee of NEHRU YUVA KRNDRA SANGATHAN at Delhi 92.my EPF A/C no. is DL/CPM/0008881/0000838.Since the begning there is mistake in my name. Inplace of SHRI RAMAN JHA my name is written PAWAN JHA in epf record .My employer and myself written so many times to do necessary correction in my name but no responce/action taken by epfo delhi north.

I was worked with Premier shield India pvt ltd. Chennai branch, from 1.03.2009 to 30.11.2011.I have applied 21 month EPF withdrawal form (10c, form19). I received form 19 the amount RS 31000/.But form 10c rejected, received my postal address on 02.08.2011 that letter state the reason it was not eligible on less then 6 month service. But online status denoted as Claim Form 10C for Withdrawal Benefit AGAINST Member Account No (DSSHD[protected] has been approved. Payment is under process. So kindly look in to this issue and kindly help me.

DELAY IN SETTLEMENT OF EPF & EPS ACCOUNT
I have applied for settlement of my EPF & EPS ACOUNT since 23rd April 2011 even if i have added two reminders also to settle my EPF & EPS Account No - OR/15096/17 VIDE COMPLAIN & REMINDER NO - ROORI/E/2011/00320.

But EPFO, RO, Bhubaneswar hopefully needs a time period of near about 1 - 2 years instead of 1-2 Months.

All Govt organisation are same they say something and do another. No organised peoples. Nothing. But they want common people to do everything in time. if common people delayed in making payment they have to pay interest with penalty. What about us? we are also suffered because of these delay. Who will pay penalty us?.
