correction to my statement I have given the year details wrong : From HSBC my PF transfer was sent to the PF office on 17-May-10

I confirmed from Previous employer(Mphasis Ltd. ), they had forwarded PF transfer request form on 23 February 2011, to this office.

PF accumulations transferred from the earlier A/c No.KN/16573/10278 “MPHASIS LTD ” with you to the present A/c No. KN/10088/169552 with “Infosys Technologies Limited”

Noone from this office pick up the phone or bother to reply the e mail...

I have submitted PF form 30th October 2010 but till now I have not received any money.Even I have complaint so many times to EPFO site but not get any response.
The given Phone No is never pick by anyone to answer and I have written several mail to given Mail Id but not even a single reply I have

Kindly suggest. What should I do in this kind of situation, because a human being can go and request. What else I can do? I want to settle this now please help me

Same case. Employees in EPF Bommasandra office are not responding properly and making unnecessary delay in processing the claims. They, most of the time whenever I visited there, just spend time chatting and also giving wrong info about offline and online claims.
Claim settlement is supposed to happen within 10 days as per new guidelines but they are delaying it.

They need to understand that they get paid to work and not to spend time there in office and work when they feel like.

This is another office government should consider privatizing. If privatized productivity can be improved with comparatively less people and less salary expense for the government.
It's all the tax that we pay.

PF Transfer/Withdrawal:
Usage of RTI can solve your problem.
1) White paper with detailed query of status of application for PF number (from to respected sir format)
2) 10 rupees postal order
3) Post to address
Public information officer, EPFO, place where PF account maintained
See the response in 30 days and the government officer in charge of your application has to give reason with justification/answer and it will stand as a proof with valid authorized signature from a government officer.
Please write query in clear ad legible manner. If there, enclose the copy of PF withdrawal or transfer application with your RTI application.
Government officials will not give blunt replies for your RTI. You can see the accountable person for delay has to give an answer within 30 days and has to do his duty without fail. If not, he will be fined for each day delay in providing information
Please send application to Central Public Information Officer of nearest Provident Fund office with postal order of Rs.10.

Provident Fund Office Bandra — Not able to recover Provident Fund

HI Sir/Mam,

I have worked in private organization for 1 year and every month my PF has deducted in a timely manner.now i want to withdrawal my PF amount,and i have submitted all required documents before 5 months but no action has been taken yet.I have tried more then 100 times on land line nos but nobody is picking up.

EPF office — Non Receipt of PF amount

Dear Sir/ Mam,


I am Sanjay Dubey S/o Rakesh Dubey PF a/c no. - UP 36860 52, has applied to withdraw my PF amount in EPF office in NOIDA on 22 March 2009 but I have not received any type of amount till date.

PF — Non Receipt of my PF

I worked with Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Co Ltd, Ahmedabad and left the Company on 30th Sept 2008 i asked to close my PF and give me the refund but still have not received it. After lot many calls i got the information that my cheque was prepared on 20/02/09 Amt Rs 14406/- but has been cancelled on the ground that the Bank Branch Address was Incorrect / Incomplete. After sometime i received the letter for the same from PF Office. But it was mistake either from PF office or from Bajaj as the address in that letter was Ahmednagar, Gujarat instead of Ahmedabad. I have contacted PFO, Pune lot many time but not getting any satisfactory answer.
Request you to please tell me as to when i will receive my PF.

My PF claim has been rejected for reason God knows,
as per PF claim tracking the application has been rejected and rejection letter dispatched to communication address but till date i have not received any letter from EPFO office either my ex employer had recd the same.
