PF Branch: EPFO, Raja Ram Mohan Road Road, Bangalore
Status: Received a reject letter dated 18-Nov-2008 with reason stating as " your PF amount has been transferred from AOL PF # KN/25226/4380 to Honeywell PF # KN/19877/4765 of Rs. 10724.00 (Ten Thousand Seven Twenty Four only) on 22-Nov-2006 9 (enclosing the scanned copy for the same)

I went and enquired in EPFO Bommanahalli Branch about my AOL PF which is already got transferred to Honeywell Account, on enquiring the EPFO they advice that they have not received the annexure-K for the same from the transfer department, I met Mr. Jagdeesh the annexure was lying with him since 22-Nov-2006 and forgot to submit the same to the payment department. Hence he immediately approached the payment section to submit the annexure in my presence. But the payment dept Head Clerk asked me to re-apply for claiming.

2nd Attempt

PF Branch: EPFO, 2nd Floor, CMC Building , Begur Road , Bommanahalli, Bangalore
Status: Application rejected on 15-Feb-09 stating amount already credited, on enquiring the officer Mr. Ajay (section 1/E) I was told that the same rejected stating they have already credited the amount of Rs. 13185/- paid in two splits Rs. 9625/- and Rs 3560/- with chq # 353162 & 450786 respectively on 04-Dec-2008 but this amount pertains to Honeywell PF doesn’t include the AOL contribution of Rs 10724/- when I told him the same he asked me a letter to attach with the history so that he can process the same.

Then I had to reapply with a letter giving the entire history this was my 4th attempt.

3rd Attempt

Status: Application under process till date when approached and spoke to Mr. Ravi (section 1/E) (who has replaced Mr. Ajay) he adviced he is still not received the annexure-K from the department (I had contacted personally Mr. Ravi in the mid of June and he confirmed to me that he will credit the same in the month end h e had checked my file and found the annexure attached to it in my presence and confirmed that the amt will be credited in June end)

PF Transfer:
Usage of RTI can solve your problem.
1) White paper and detailed query of status of application for PF number (from to respected sir format)
2) 10 rupees postal order
3) Post to local Public information officer, Epfo region where PF maintained.
See the response in 30 days and the government officer incharge of your application has to give reason with justification/answer and it will stand as a proof with valid authorized signature from a government officer.
Government officials will not give blunt replies for your RTI. You can see the accountable person for delay has to give an answer within 30 days and has to do his duty without fail.
There are large number of queries and problems regarding delay in settlement of Provident Fund dues
by EPFO.
For address of Central Public Information Officer and payee of postal order, pl visit www.epfindia.nic.in. If you cannot get these details, pl send applicatation to Central Public Information Officer of nearest Provident Fund office with postal order of Rs.10 favouring
"ACCOUNTS OFFICER, EPFO".

Its belong to Maharashtra pf office right, which is one of the worst office in India, one of the friend who worked in Rolta India Ltd Mumbai he claimed pf in 2010 still there no process (march 2013)

    Dear Sir,
    M wife was resigned from the company at my home place kerala about 2 years back. PF of the company was managing by private consultancy CHENNAI TRANZE. I was submitted my request for PF cancellation to withdraw the amount & the said agency informed me that their procedure completed in the PF office chennai.I was waiting more than 6 months since I sumitted the PF cancellation form.Ref NO:TN/50690/2867.
    Kindly do needful to withdraw my PF amount.

    Transfer/Withdrawal:

      I am an Ex-empyoee of Panacea biotec Ltd (Delhi based company). After left this company I submitted Form no 10c and 19 to them. They informed me that they had submitted all the documents to you on 29th March ' 2010.

      My PF account No was : DL 7678 10622.

      I gave my bank A/C no to get my PF.

      If it was submitted on 23/3/10 to you,I had to get it within this time. Today is 17th Sep'2010, means 6 months had gone,still from my bank is telling me that they haven't got any cheque from Panacea Biotec.

      Please look into this matter and send me a Reply mail immediately.

      Dear Sir,

      I have not recieved my PF amount into my given a/c number that was mentioned in the PF forms till date.

      The PF forms with all formalities have been submitted by my ex employer M/S PRIME OPHTHALMIC PVT LTD, SECTOR-6, NOIDA(DELHI NCR, U.P..) in JUNE 2010.

      Now 6 months are about to pass & my PF amount has not been credited till date. When I enquired for the same my ex employer has said me that same has been submitted to the PF dept, Goa in the month of June'10

        On 27th Aug, 2010, I requested EPF Office Rajkot to re-check my length of service for fixing pension. EPF office has taken it as 13 years whereas actually it should be 18 years. (Rajkot PPO No. GJ/RAJ/25170.) I joined Indian Oil Corporation on 25.03.1977 and retiring from services of the Corporation on 31.10.2010 and getting pension of Rs.1482 p.m.
        Mr friend (Rajkot PPO No. GJ/RAJ/29117) who is senior to me in joining IOC by one year and getting pension of Rs.1712 p.m. and EPF office has taken his services as 19. He is retiring on 31.12.2011.
        In both cases pension starts on attaining the age of 58 years and dedutions same i.e Rs.541 p.m. WHY IS DIFFERENCE IN PENSION

          I WORKED WITH ARISTO PHARMACEUTICALS PVT LTD FOR 5 YEARS AND RESIGNED ON 14TH SEPT 2007 AND SUBMITTED MY PF WITHDRAWL CLAIM WHICH WAS FORWARDED AND SUBMITTED BY ARISTO H.O ON 11TH JUNE,09 IN PF OFFICE,KANDIVALI,MUMBAI.AFTER THAT I MADE MANY REMINDERS THROUGH E MAILS AND LETTERS AND AFTER A LONG PERIOD OF TIME ON 13TH MAY'2010 I RECEIVED ONE E MAIL FROM CSD HEAD QUARTERS MENTIONING TWO CHEQUE NUMBERS BUT WHEN I CLARIFIED IMMEDIATELY THAT NEITHER I RECEIVED NOR THE CHEQUES HAVE BEEN DEPOSITED TO MY ACCOUNT,THEN THEY AGAIN ASKED MY BANK ADDRESS DETAILS ON 14TH MAY'10.BUT UNFORTUNATELY SIR,AFTER THAT I HAVE BEEN SENDING MANY E MAILS GIVING COPIES TO ALL PF OFFICES AND SENT LETTERS TOO AND MADE PHONE CALLS ALSO,BUT NO RESPONSE RECEIVED TILL DATE.             I have been superannuated on[protected], from ARCI An Autonomous R & D Centre of Department of Science and Technology, Government of India. My Provident Fund No. is AP/24193/147. I have never taken any loan from my PF from the date of my joining in ARCI. Our accounts officer has sent all documents regarding the provident fund credits (those normally recovered from salary plus self contribution towards Provident Fund) to the Regional Provident fund commissioner during the first week of July 2010. I have also filled up necessary final withdrawal forms and sent to PF office, Barkapura, Hyderabad after getting attested by FAO, ARCI. Today is 13th September 2010 and the amount with interest till on my PF has been be credited in to my Andhra Bank Savings Bank account No. [protected]. It is extremely sorry state of affair, if the Provident fund commissioner is not taking the action till now for not depositing the money in the bank account of self. These delays only indicate that the concern officers have no responsibility or respect for their profession.

                Sir,
                I have applied for my PF winthdrawal through my previous employer and my previous employer has submitted all the required papers, proof and documents as on April 28, 20009 to the regional providend fund commissioner 341,Bhavishya nidhi bhavan, bandra (east) Mumbai. I have still not received my PF which should ideally take 45 days to get credited into my account.

                Sub: My PF not Transfer in my saving A/c as mention in my PF form

                Dear Sir/Madam,

                As per your receipt no.10056136 for Form 19 & 10056135 for Form 10C on Dtd.03.06.2010 massage was showing that" the Work sheet prepared on 03.06.2010. The next stage is payment scroll preparation”. Now I am checking my PF status online Their is showing the massage that your claim is settled Please Check in your S/B account. ,but when I went bank and check my account (Syndicate Bank A/c No.[protected]balance no any claim has come. Then I talked Bank Manager, he told us no any transfer has come from PF office .

                So Please tell me where gone my PF amount and which Bank account you have transferred the PF amount.

DL/6056/0368) to Employees Provident Fund Organisation, Regional Office, Delhi (South)Bhavishya Nidhi Bhavan, 28, Community Center, Wazirpur Industrial Area, through Registered A/D on 6-2-09 with delivered acknowledgement on 30-03-10 but till date[protected] it has not yet being remitted to my Bank A/c.

                    I am abdul mubeen i have not receved the EPS cheque ny provident fund number is MH/18796/77783 i have received a letter stating the due to account number closer my EPS cheuqe returned to the pf office mumbai and they required the new bank account cheque and reauthorization letter to recredit the same.

                      I have requested my organization to release my PF account in March-2010,Since i have been transfered and got the job in abroad and my organization did the same with respect to EPF office bangalore to release my payment as i have been informed that this process will takes 30-60 days time frame its now more than 120 days that i did not get any response from any of the responsble cell staff in EPF office bangalore i,v been calling to them 1000,s of times they treat rudely and just kept my call on hold alwayz number got busy and i,ve sent lots of mails but they,ve ignored all my mails.as i have travelled abroad for job search on visit visa now i m jobless i need money.i request you to pls lift the issue and help me to get my rights.

                        This is Sangeetha.S from Bangalore. I was working in Cholamandalam DBS Finance Ltd for about 2 1/2 years . I had applied for PF almost 10 months back but still no proper response received.
                        The concerned person in the company told me that the PF form is already been submitted to the RO in Chennai. I contacted the RO in Chennai through mail . After few weeks they sent a mail stating the PF amount in being credited to my account but when i checked my account so such credit has happened so far. Iam regularly checking my account every day but all in vain no credit is happened till date. Kindly take necessary action regarding this

                            Respected Sir,
                            I want to complaint against State Bank Of India, as my company has depoisted my (2) Provident fund cheques in HDFC BANK Account, as the provident fund account is there in State bank of india, So Hdfc bank has send the both cheques to SBI Bank for clearance. But the SBI BANK has passed only one cheque and another cheque sent back to home address with reason, SIGNATURE NOT MATCH.
                            Now i am shocked that being government account cheque such reason are also possible ?

                            After i received the cheque i have mailed to DGM.[protected]@sbibank.com and written whole story to him.
                            But as being government employee they have transfer the case to SBI BANK Branch Ahmedabad. The branch manager of Ahm Branch has told me on telephonic conversation that this reason is possible.

                            Where to Go I am not understanding?

                            Sir I am from very small family and my father is a farmer......

                            I request you sir that please look in this matter, and do the needful on urgent basis.

                              Provident Fund — Non receipt of PF Amount

                              Respected Sir/Madam,

                              I was working with ABN Amro Central Enterprises Services P Ltd and applied for PF withdrawal on Jan 2008. But still I have not received the PF Amount. My PF Account No, . MH/45880/1736.

                              When i enquired about the same with PF office got a reply saying they have credited the amount to my account through State Bank of India, Mumbai main branch. I have spent more money on phone calls calling both PF office and State bank of India, Mumbai main branch but no proper response.

                              Kindly look in to this issue urgently.

                                Dear Sir,
                                I am a previous employee of IBM India Private Limited, had left my job in September2008 and now self employed. I had requested for PF withdrawal. As per the email message despatched by IBM on on 6th April 2009, they have processed my PF withdrawal request and filled the same with PF office on 3rd April 2009.

                                After that I have tried several times over phone to know my PF withdrawal status. But unfortunately your telephone is unattended or always out of order.

                                I mailed regarding this to - RO.[protected]@epfindia.gov.in - (Regional Office, Bangalore,EPFO Ministry of Labour) on 19 October 2009. They replied "Since your accounts are dealt at SRO Bommasandra which comes under the jurisdiction of RO Peenya, you are requested to contact the said offices to follow up the matter". Also I received another mail from - ro.[protected]@epfindia.gov.in - stating "Please refer to the earlier reply. Please note that your accounts are maintained at Sub Regional Office K R Puram instead of Sub Regional Office Bommasandra, which also comes under the jurisdiction of Regional Office Peenya"

                                After that I mailed and tried to talk to them over phone many times but I am not able to know the status of the PF withdrwal application.

                                I am requesting you to kindly look into the matter and help me to get my PF money at the earliest.

                                  I am struggling for getting my PF amount from last 2.5 yrs. My employer is TEAM LEASE Services Pvt. Ltd., Bangalore.

                                  I have applied through them and if i ask them, then they are saying that they have proceeded my form to PF office on 14th Oct. 2008. And we can not do anything furthermore and you have to contact to PF office directly.

                                  And if i try to contact to PF office Bangalore, nobody picks up the phone. only busy or this no. is not in work currently like this messages are coming. If i tried to track it through website, then it is saying that your claim has not been received to us.

                                  Dear Sir,
                                  I had submit my PF form at Dec'10 in my Office. I got received a sms from EPF-BPO at 14-Mar-11. In that SMS Form 10C (withdrawal Benefit/Scheme certificate) for acct BGBNG[protected] RECD ON 14.03.2011 nad Claim ID BGBNG[protected] is under process. But still now i can't received my PF amount.                                   I have requested my organization to release my PF account in March-2010, Since i have left the company and my organization did the same with respect to EPF office bangalore to release my payment as i have been informed that this process will takes 30-60 days time frame its now more than 120 days that i did not get any response from any of the responsble cell staff in EPF office bangalore i, v been calling to them and the number got busy and i, ve sent mails but they, ve ignored my mails. know i need money.i request you to pls lift the issue and help me to get my PF amoutn at the right time.

                                    I was working with IBM India Pvt Ltd.I had submitted form to withdraw my PF in May'10 .My PF account no is KN/BN/19214/055698. I checked with IBM office and they told me that they had already processed my form and had filed with PF office for settlement on 11/06/2010.
                                    Its more than 2 months now and I haven't got the amount.
                                    Please let me know the status of my PF.

                                    Providend Fund Commissioner — PF Withdrawal

                                    My PF No. is MH/94824/5. My company had submitted the papers for PF Withdrawl on 21.11.2008 and the same were resubmitted on 11.05.2010 to the PF Office.

                                    However, since past two years I am still awaiting the PF amount to be credited to my account.

                                    Kindly help me with the status of the same.

                                      Hi I'm Zameer Ahmed here. I have applied for PF on 2nd of Jan, 2011. I had sent all the required documents through courier. I received claim staus thru an SMS stating you can check your account after 30 days. But forget 30 days, it has crossed more than 60 days now, and its so pethatic & unprofessional that non of the people Answer the call in PF office, I tried calling more then 50 call but not even single call has been answered, I never come across this kind o[censored]n-professional & ir-responsibility job, so i have decided to bring out this & mail to the Higher Authority people & take an Action on my issue as earliest...

                                      Dear sir, I have worked with M/s.Jai inspection agencies last 16 years.I submitted my pf claim forms to
                                      the employer but he ask me to send by post. I send by post and he is telling not received till date.
                                      But i am also not received the same.

                                      I contact your PRO and he talk with the employer by phone and ask me to submit once again the forms.
                                      On 31st.Jan, 2011 i hand over the claim forms to your PRO with covering letter mentioned employer not
                                      co-operating to clear my pf settlement. Till date iam not getting any favourable reply from your side.
                                      Please take action to the employer and arrange my pf settlement.

                                      I want to know about my PF amount clearance, even I had submitted all documents alongwith application. It has been more then 2 years when I applied for withdrowl of same amount.

                                      In the same regards I complant in Talent Pro Nehru Place New Delhi Office they told me that amout has been transferred into my A.c [protected] of Central Bank of India, but still I have not got the same. Please let me know the status.
