I have resigned from my previous company in dec 2008 and was told that i have to wait for 60 days from the date of the last cheque issued to us by the company, i recieved my last check on 13 Jan 2009 and was told to submit my form in March 13 2009 which i did. after wards i was told that after one month i need to call the company to check the status, which i have done on the 13th April 2009.

Subsequently they have forwarded my file to your office in the name of Assistant PF Commissioner (Pensions), Bandra vide their letter No. TN/AMB/[protected]/TRANS OUT dated 24.8.2011. With great difficulty I could gather from your office that my file has further been forwarded to your Thane office since my pension bank a/c is in Ghatkopar. I am unable to give your thane office any reference of your office since you have not communicated to me anything in writing. Now 11 months have passed by and I do not know the whereabouts of my papers. Can you be kind enough to reply me and inform me who is the right person to contact and what is his/her current phone No. as most of the telephone nos. given in the web do not exit or there is no response.

Please note that my bankers have levied a fee since my account is showing debit balance. You will agree that this is a very serious matter by also putting to death someone who is very much alive. One Mr Yogesh attended to my complaint and on checking the computer found that my Date of Death is mentioned as 7.06.2014 whereas I am very much alive standing in front of him. No explanation or apology given. Copy of the fresh 'Life existence Certificate' and bank statement taken by him and said he would take look into the matter. It is nearly three months and I have not received any communication nor has the amount kept on hold is cleared neither has my pension amount credited to my account. Please note that my bankers have levied a fee since my account is showing debit balance. You will agree that this is a very serious matter by also putting to death someone who is very much alive. Have tried calling the Pension office unfortunately no one answers the call. The phone if lifted is disconnected immediately. Made several personal inquiries and am told the matter is pending with the concerned officer/department and will take another month. I would like to have this matter resolved immediately as I am in need of funds. I would also like to have an apology from the concerned member who has messed up and would have to pay for all the stress that he has put me through. I request you immediate action. I have written several letters to the Pension office as well as the PF Commissioner but all have also been put to death. I request an immediate action in the matter. Thank you.

I am also surprised to note that in such an office, there is nobody to attend to the customer calls - neither the telephone given on the net are contactable.

But the the copies i have received from my previous company that they have already deposited the same which I am going to send.

This has reference to the letter dated 08.09.2009 & letter dated-24.11.2009 I have received from your Regional Office, North Delhi (copies enclosed for your ready reference). In these letters I have been informed that the Form No. 3A/6A for the year 2005-06 and 2006-07 is not available with your office. In this regard I would like to inform you that the Form No. 3A/6A is supposed to submitted by the company to the PF Department and your office is required to collect it directly from the company office.

It is further added that Kanchan International Ltd. has closed their Delhi office in 2006. However, they are still operating from their Mumbai office. So you may contact them at their Mumbai office through your corporate office at Mumbai. It is not possible for me to go to Mumbai for collection of 3A/6A. I therefore request you to kindly obtain the required records and documents from the Mumbai office of Kanchan International Ltd, whose address is given below:
