Subject :. Settlement of PF Claim UP/13208/450

Dear Sir,
I had been in the employment of Delhi Public School Meerut Road Ghaziabad and resigned on March 15, 2008 on account of my family obligation after child birth.
I had submitted all the relevant papers for settlement of my PF dues to the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner, Meerut on July 8, 2008 ( Photocopy of acknowledgement card enclosed). There after I had been regularly contacting the concerned office and they informed me that Ch # 528055 dt. 23/7/2008 Rs.41600/- and Ch # 486991 dt. 23/7/2008 Rs. 268619/- were sent to the bank vide dispatch no. EU32809782 – 4.1N on 4/8/2008 for credit to my SB A/c No. [protected] towards settlement of my PF A/c.
Due to non receipt of the settlement amount, I obtained a written confirmation from the bank on 27/9/2008 as per me request letter dated 23/9/2008 (Photocopy enclosed).
I had also made esquires with the post offices at Meerut and Ghaziabad and was informed that no registered letter containing the cheques had ever been dispatched.
Thus it is obvious that the concerned officials at Regional Provident Fund Office Merrut have resorted to dubious means to show my account as settled with ulterior motives.
Therefore request you to institute a departmental enquiry into my complaint as to whether the cheques were at all drawn and of so, how they have been disposed off.
Based on my enquires, I assert and maintain that the dispatch particulars given by them are false and fabricated and only an objective enquiry can reveal the true facts.
I hope needful shall be done at the earliest as I have suffered a good deal of financial and mental hardship.

This is for your kind information and necessary action, we the Ex-employees of the above firm would like to furnish the flowing details in respect of settling PF amount due to us.

The contract with the above employer has been terminated in the month of June 2008, and as per the procedure after completing 45days we submitted the application for settlement of PF dues.

After completing a month we approached the concerned dealing assistant at your office to know the progress of the action taken to settle the PF amount, to our surprise it was informed that the form No.3A is not submitted along with the application. On verification it was found that the said form was with the dealing assistant who was in the ground floor, on request it has sent to the concerned dealing assistant who was having the application, after 10days we approached the dealing assistant to know the position, then the dealing assistant has informed us that a form No.3A has been misplaced and asked us to submit one more 3A form based on that, one more copy of form No.3A, 6A, along with CD has been submitted. Actually the employer should submit the above form details to your department, but since we are the beneficiaries we took keen interest and met the employer and got the copy form him. (Its heard from the employer that he has submitted all relevant papers at the time of submitting the claim).

It is almost four months have been completed still the file lying with the dealing assistant untouched with out any valid reason. We here by request you to look into the matter and settle our dues at the earliest.

Sir we are almost 100 members who have applied for refund of our PF amount due to us, many of them borrowed money from the moneylenders by paying hefty amount of interest, to pull on these hard days. Once again we request you to look into the matter, and settle our dues at the earliest.

Till date i haven't received the pension fund ammund. I also not received the statement of closer . that how they calculated this PF amount. I am not able to reconcile this . CLAIM PERTAINING TO ACCOUNT NO WB/24792/112
I am trying to withdraw my claim from the last 8 years but in vain all the time I send the related paers to the Kolkatta PFC
and all the time the papers are returned with one or another reason.Last when it was returned with the a reson the I should have a individual savings account hence I have opened a new savings account with PNB in New Delhi. In Oct. 2007 I have submitted the calim once again and till then I have

My name is Harish Juneja PF no.4513 Organisation ID.9065 Nehru Place.I have worked with Kiddstuff Promo & Events but during ressision i had to left my job, i worked there for 9 months but when i left the job (31 jan 2009) our organisation empolyee told us that after 3 months u can fill the provident form and after three months i had filled the form in april but from then to now i am not getting any thing from the provident department in the website i have checked that they got my documents in june 30 and they will process after 30 days but i m not getting any thing i live in ramesh nagar near raja garden i visit 10-15 times in pf office nehru place but they are not giving the satisfactory answer i m not doing from the last 7 months i m in very difficulty i need so much the money.Please do the needful.

I joined from J K Cement Works Nimbahera, Chittorgarh, Rajasthan but I came to know that my PF/EPF has not been transferred as per the said account numbers. After enquiring a lot I am able to receive a copy of annexure k which is enclosed with this application. Also as per RPFC, Udaipur (Raj.) my PF amount has been to New Delhi at Nehru Place through cheque no. 873298, dated 31/03/2008, dispatch date 31/03/2008, RI No. 17980 from RPFC Udaipur (Raj.) bearing amount Rs 215314.
I therefore request you to kindly arrange for the transfer of my PF/EPF accumulation with interest till date to the said account at the earliest. This account along with PF/EPF accumulation at KHD will be further transferred to my new account RJ/2054/3529.(back to J K Cement Nimbahera) as I have rejoined J K Cement Nimbahera.

Dear Regional Office,

My name is Abbinow Talashi and I had submitted my PF form on Jan 20, 2009 at PF Office, Nehru Place, Skylark Building. My PF no. is DL-934926/31. My bank name was HDFC Bank, Panchshila Park and have mentioned my a/c no. in my form . However I have not received any communication from your office regarding transfer of money. Also I have checked there is no transfer that has taken place inspite of about 3 months of submission.

Also please note that all the numbers in the EPFO website mentioned for your office are not working. Only one phone number was working and that too no one lifted the phone.

Please tell me the status of my PF ASAP. Also it seems that there is no customer service that one can expect from your office.

Dear Sir,

I applied for withdrawal of my Provident Fund in Feb 2008 but till date the amount is not deposited into my account.

I called the customer service dept in Gurgaon continuously for a month but it seems that no one answers the call. The phone was then answered by a person after a month and a half and he told me to dial some other number. I called that number but it was always busy. I managed to speak with someone and he said that he won, t be able to check the status of my PF account, as the computer is on the second floor and the phone is on the first floor. I was amazed.

I called back after 2 days (Jan-09) and a rep answered the phone and said that my PF is still under processing.

What do I do? I is really very frustrating when no one answers your call and once answered this is the response you get.

I confirmed with my previous organization and they said that my PF information is already forwarded in May 08 however the rep who answered the call said that they received it in Dec 08.

The person who applied for PF withdrawal along with me received his PF in Dec 08 itself.

I am forced to believe that there is no PF office exists in Gurgaon.

I am sure my complaint will be looked upon.

This is to bring your kind notice that I worked in ASAHI INDIA GLASS LTD - GURGAON from 18.8.1988 - 1.4.2009 (21 years). I deposited my PF withdrawal form to the company and they informed me that PF amount should be trasnfered into my account from PF office directly with 30 days. However, it is more than the stipulated period yet no money has been transfered to my account. I have spent 21 years to deposit this money in my PF account and now I have to wait another 21 years to trasfer this money from PF Office to my account. Kindly look into the matter and take immediate action in this regards.

My self sumer singh an ex employee of Mars Industries pvt ltd Unit-II . Binola industrial area, Gurgaon from Aug 2007-Nov 2008 hereby wants to know that weather My company has sent a PF Form to u or not. I doubt that company has not deducted pf during this period & is in practice of misguiding me. I had submitted my pf form duely filled by me directly in company and was promised that they will do all the obligations. According to company they had already sent the form Approx 2 & half months back but my a/c is not yet credited. Already 70 days left. I was not even given any PF Number either in Salary slip or seperately during that time.
I request you to please track in your computer database taking my name & company name into account and plz revert back in my e mail weather your department has received this or not.

My self Himanshu Shekhar is presently working in Sharon Bio Medicine Ltd. Dehradun. Before that has been worked in Dhanuka labs Pvt, Ltd Gurgaon HR. whose head office is in New Delhi as detail given below.
I has been worked their from 28 August 2001 to 12 July 2003.
As per company policy they have contributory PF and they have deducted it from my salary from the beginning to the end. But after my repetitive visit to gurgaon in company and several follow ups these people are not sending my PF form in PF office which I had submitted many time to them. even after long communication and verbal as well as visit many times they are not sending by pretending with new and new reason. since 2003 they have not cleared my PF form.

Sir here I want to made complain with you because company official s are not responding to my request and every time visit to Gurgaon is financially and physically strain on my personal life.
Sir I have sent the PF Form directly to gurgaon office on 03/09/10 by sped post with affidavit and bank attestation now.

I applied for withdrawal of my Provident Fund in AUG 2008 but till date the amount is not deposited into my account.

I called the customer service dept in Gurgaon continuously for a month but it seems that no one answers the call. The phone was then answered by a person after a month and a half and he told me to dial some other number. I called that number but it was always busy. I managed to speak with someone and he said that he won, t be able to check the status of my PF account, as the computer is on the second floor and the phone is on the first floor. I was amazed.

I called back after 2 days (Jan-09) and a rep answered the phone and said that my PF is still under processing.

What do I do? I is really very frustrating when no one answers your call and once answered this is the response you get.

I confirmed with my previous organization and they said that my PF information is already forwarded in SEP 19TH 2009 however the rep who answered the call said that they received it in Dec 09.

The person who applied for PF withdrawal along with me received his PF in Dec 09 itself. Please call me or i have to take it to the Noodel officer

I, ramnaresh Tomar, had submitted my PF Withdrawal Claim in Gurgaon Office on 2008.
