Sir,

I was working in Innodata Isogen Pvt. Ltd as a Legal Associate. I left the job on July, 31st 2009 thereafter I had submitted my PF form to the PF office on December, 14th 2009 to credit the PF money to my SBI account. But till now i have not received the money.

Please let me know how much time it would take to credit the amount in my bank account.

I have worked with Recievable Management Services (I) Pvt Ltd for about 1 year from February 2006 - March - 2007. I have got the clearence from the Company & i submitted my documents in October' 2007 in the PF office in Gurgaon. Till date (23rd May'08) i have not recieved anything. Its been 7 months now.I tried regularly to followup with the PF department of Gurgaon but usually i couldnt get through them or when ever i get through them they say it will take about 10 days, 20 days more, ect.

I have worked with M/S Birla Tyres, Balasore, factory from 31st March 1994 to 2003. After that I shifted to M/S Birla Tyres, H.O. i.e at Kolkata and left the organisation on February 2007.

My PF claim from was deposited on Nov'07 through M/S Birla Tyres, Balasore. I was told that it takes about 60 days to get the money and till today it is more than 200 days and nothing has been credited to my account.

Avon beauty products — Claim for PF

Hi,

I had applied for my PF claim to my company in February 2008. However, it has been more than 5 months since I have heard anything from the PF department in Noida. Company says that they have forwarded my claim to the PF dept. and I have received the scanned copy of the receipt. However the PF dept. has not done anything over thie issue. When contacted, the company's PF agent says that they have forwarded the claim and that they cannot say when the PF amount would be paid.

I want to know who to contact in this case or if the PF office in Noida is actually doing its job and when I will receive the amount. As per my information about PF law, the amount is paid within 3 months of application.

I received letter from PF office wazirpur delhi north mentioning that they have forwarded my cheque to my bank, on enquiring with the bank, bank stated that they have received the cheque on 27th August 2008, but they have returned the same as the account number mentioned was wrong which was an typographical mistake from the pf office, where as i have mentioned the correct account no of my bank account.

My pf no is DL/7953/2860.

I have been corrosponding with Wazirpur pf office delhi north since last month, but still there is no development.

Will request your goodself to please look into my matter and extend your kind cooperation so that i can get the cheque at my bank with the corrected bank account number.

I have worked with Sparsh BPO service, PH-III Gurgaon. for the period of 22 months. I left the job after that as per company rules and regulation i filled my PF forms and submitted in the company.

I know lakhs of people are suffering from not getting PF for the service which they have done. They promissed my PF will be credited in your bank account which is given by you.

Afer 8 months two cheques are been credited in my account 1. Rs. 3964/- 2. Rs. 1709/-. When i checked my detailed i was shocked that only Rs. 5673/- credited in my account for 22 months. Where are the other money gone?

This is only my feedback. Please do something not only for me but also for those employee who is sufferring from critical condition.

i manawer haleem worked with wockhardt(parenteral division)in[protected] december, this division was takenover by MNC company BAXTER (I)pvt.ltd in une 2002 itself and we all field staff were transfered in that division directly, so our PF money is also transfered in this company itself, i get resigne in dec, 2002, and i left india in june 2003 and till date working in kuwait, so at that time i fullfill all the necesities document for collecting my PF and office staff applied as i was touched by joyece fernandice my HR-department,

Thanks for submitting your PF withdrawal form with HGS. We appreciate your patience with regards to the withdrawal process not being completed as on date, due to certain challenges that we have faced in receiving the updates on the settlement of the withdrawal claims.

The PF office was closed roughly from October 2010 till February 2011 as a result of their software upgradation exercise at a regional level. During this period, they were not settling any claims. Post this, they started accepting claim forms, however, they were not settling claims due to their financial year ending till April’2011. Post April 2011, they started settling claims and roughly 250 claims pending from September were cleared. The government had then issued a notice to PF on which we don’t have complete clarity due to which they are currently not even accepting forms or settling claims.

Also, we have not received any formal notifications from the PF dept. on the above.

The above matter had been escalated to CPFC, Delhi via an email, however, we have limited or no control over government authorities.

The PF Dept has just started settlements again in the 1st Week of July, but you can expect your settlement to get a bit delayed. As of now, 900+ settlements are still pending.

We are trying our best to facilitate the settlements and would humbly appreciate your co-operation in this matter.

After few months (may be in the month of Nov-2003) all the employees of kk enterpr. shifted to Electrolink Products private limited, electronic city-II phase, Bangalore which is of same ownership of Mr.Ajay varma.

After leaving there, I visited that company twice but they had no time to search & to give my necessary information but fortunately i had only pf number which mentioned bellow so, I request you to provide the following information;
1. Whether my PF of KK enterprises shifted to Electrolink products pvt. ltd or not ?
2. If yes, kindly guide me how can i take transfer of that PF sum to present working job.

I worked for a s/w company for 21 months. i have 24 months bond with that company. I was not satisfied with the management of the company so i left the company before completing my bond period.
