I was working in Innodata Isogen Pvt. Ltd as a Legal Associate. I left the job on July, 31st 2009 thereafter I had submitted my PF form to the PF office on December, 14th 2009 to credit the PF money to my SBI account. But till now i have not received the money.

Please let me know how much time it would take to credit the amount in my bank account.

I bring to your notice that Earlier I, Satendra Tewari s/o late Sh Ram Ashrey Tewari residing at 4/61 Vivek Khand Gomti Nagar Lucknow 226010 (UP), was employee of M/s Koshika Telecom Ltd From 10 July 1997 to 22 June 2002.
During my tenure in Koshika Telecom Ltd my PF and EPF was deposited in ITIL PF Trust (Information Tecnologies (india) Limited, Employees Provident Fund trust).
I resigned on June 2002 from Koshika Telecom ltd. at that time I submitted all PF and EPF forms and documents to concern HR.

After long time I got a letter from ITIL PF trust, regarding settlement of PF code No. (DL-5883/2385). I send all the required document to ITIL PF trust on 25.07.2005. After nine moths I sent a reminder to ITIL but none of action has been taken.

Till the date I could not get any information or refund from ITIL PF trust. At this time I have really and urgent need of such amount.

So I request to you Please issue the necessary instruction to ITIL to settled the account and reply wit a copy to us.
Please help me in my crucial time I will be very thank full to you.

Sir I worked with Ferro Alloys Corpn Boula MInes P O Dhanurjaypur, Dist Keonjhar Orissa from 1980 to 2002.
In the year 2003 I got a sum of about Rs 10 Lacks, released by the Facor office, with no intimation from the P F Office, from the Corpn saying that it was my PF dues. This amt appeared too low because before I joined Facor I had worked for 8 years with Uranium Corpn of India Jaduguda and that amount too was trnsferred to the Facor.
Please let me know whether any more money is due to me because some body has told me that this is only my share of the contribution to the CPF and that the employer is yet to release his share of the money.

I worked in Chika Ltd., Mumbai for 18 years and when I lost my job at the age of 45 years (in Dec. 1997) i had applied for short term pension and I am getting a short term pension of Rs. 725/- per month from Ja. 2003 (My P.F A/c. No. MB/BAN/4134/174 and my Pension Order No. MH/THA/4007950 for my first service)

Meantime, as I had got another job (with Kusters Calico Machinery Ltd)in Mumbai in a Baroda based company (PF Accounts of the company in P.F office Akota Branch in Baroda), i requested by my company club/combine my earlier FPF with my FPF A/c in Kusters Calico. But the company HR personnel did not accommodate my request saying it is all complicating. (my P.F A/c No. here is GJ/21064/86)

Now after working with Kusters Calico for 9 years 9 month (as company/s Mumbai office closed and shifted to Baroda in Jan/Dec. 2008), i have got only my P.F dues and P.F Office Akota, Baroda has withheld my Family Pesnion amount. I requested them to either reutnr the FPF contribution or merge it with my short term pension and give me enhanced pension.

More than 18 months have passed, I am without job. P.F. Office, Akota is saying they are waiting for guidelines from P.F. Delhi office. After my several follow up with P.F office at Akota, Delhi, Thane now Thane P.F office has written a letter Ref.MH/PF/R.O. Mumbai II/RCII/Nov.482 dt.20/04/09 to look into the matter and do the needful. I visited 2 to 3 times P.F office at Bandra, met Ms. K.R. Vyas, Asst. P.F. Commissioner. She has not so fat taken any action and she say it is to be settled by P.F. Office at Akota. She has not even replied to the letter writen by Ms. Nisha O.V., Regional P.F. Commission II to The Reg. p.F. Commissioner, Regional Office, Mumbai (bandra). A copy of this letter has been endorsed to Sh. Radha Krishnan, RPFC(Pension), The Central P.F. Commssioner, H.O. New Delhi.

I EARNESTLY REQUEST YOUR GOODSELF TO LOOK INTO MY GRIEVANCE AND ARRANGE FOR AN EARLY SETTLMENT. PLS HELP ME AS I AM STRUGLING WITH THIS MATTER FOR LAST 18 MONTHS WITHOUT ANY PROPER REPLY. I would appreciate a line in reply.

I worked as Head (Administration) in a company for 13 years from 1995 and retired on 31.01.2008.
My last drawn salary (Basic and DA) was Rs.9000/-. Now I am getting a montly pension of Rs.803/- after getting a commutation amount of Rs.45900/-

My PPO number is TN/MDU/52340 (EPS No. TN/24188/667).

You may agree that the present pension is very low in this era, when we need at least Rs.15000/- per month to run a family on a medium level.

You may know that employees in pvt sector get PF and pension from EPS are major income after the retirement.

I request you to consider the case sympathetically and arrange to pay a minimum pensions of Rs.250/- per day. It is definite that this is not a burden to the Government of India as the contribution of PF or any taxes from the private/public sector employees are on the very side. Their contribution for the economic development of our country is also very high. Therefore I request your sympathy to those category.

I expect a consideration from your end.

I was an employee of Varroc Lighting Pvt. Ltd. ("VLPL"), a wholly owned susidiary of Varroc Engineering Pvt. Ltd.("VEPL"), having its Registered Office at E-4, MIDC Area, Waluj, Aurangabad-431 136, Maharashtra, w.e.f 27/12/2003. My PF Account with the said Company was MH/34214/186.

In the merger-demerger process undertaken by the Group and approved by the High Court of Bombay, Varroc Lighting Pvt. Ltd. has merged with Varroc Engineering Pvt. Ltd. w.e.f. 01/04/2008. In view of the merger of VLPL with VEPL, I was transferred to VARROC ENGINEERING PVT. LTD. W.E.F. 01/04/2008. Owing to my transfer, the required Form duly completed for transfer of my PF accumulation from Pune PF Office to my VEPL Account No. MH/AB/80196/1093 was submitted by my present employer to Aurangabad PF Office on February 17, 2009. I was working with M/S kwality Biscuits bangalore Now brand absorbed by Brittania. I am eligible for the family pension and submitted my claim three times and all the time the request has been rejected due to wrong entry of Date of Birth by the employer. For tha I had given all the supporting details like SSLC,Pan card,Letter rom the Company . Still the same procedure of rejection. A few months back,I had received a letter from IT Department's Centralised Processing Centre(Salary) in Mumbai
asking me to furnish the details of my bank account.The letter stated:

I had replied to them through Courier wherein I mentioned my Account Details.

The worst part is that, for essentially a service-provider inter alia to the millions of ordinary employees, the website of this organisation does not have the courtesy of disclosing the e-mail ID of the Central Provident Fund Commissioner, or that of any one single responsible officer in his office. And this, in a country, where a President was available on internet and even PMO and senior ministers in his ministry too are so accessible through the internet. And we are talking of enabling commo people to register FIRs through th binternet ! Look at the audacity of the CPFO.

It is very suggestive that in the website of the EPFO [epfindia.nic.in/headquarters.htm], there is no link provided for posting griebances/complaints of the sufferers whereas all the a/c holders pf EPFO are well aware of the inhuman and harassing attitude of the PF pffices and also that, without the services of the "authorised agents", it is absolutely impossible to get anything done in any PF office in any part of India. It is really strange that the Ministry and the CBI, both aware of all this, do not take any step while not a single letter addressed to any EPFO authority is ever acknowledged/replied to.
Who is then the authority to whom the suffering persons shall turn?

This is something which I would like to share with your great website and the users thereof.
The comments appearing on the webpage concerning EPFO/CPFO (including my own comment posted yesterday below those of Mr. N.Dey) were all mailed to the CPFC and some other offices, with copy to "acc.[protected]@epfindia.gov.in" as, meanwhile, from the official website of EPFO, I had already learnt the following important information:

I had worked for CSC Indore for 3 yrs and they had deducted my PF on monthly basis. They said that they are depositing the PF amount to RGPF Commissioner Chennai and said that they will be giving the Social Security Number in which this amount they will deposit. I am with Accenture know and there is no transparency and accountability whether such amount have been deposited or manipulated. I keep on asking my current company Accenture to check whether my previous company CSC PF amout have been transferred but the answer is no as they they are helpless. Can anyone guide or help me what to do in such a case. map which is considered as bhagavad geeta not known / not seen by many recruited officials. i am not hesitating to say that map latest with all amendments may not printed so far.

just supplying the map or amended act paras only to those working in vigilance or audit is absolutely comes under harassing of the officials working in the organisation.

i hope you look into the matter seriously and took firm steps to distribute revised and up to date map to all the officials working in the organisation with immediate effect.

I am D. Murali and I worked in Pure Chemicals Co (PCC) 10.03.2003 to 30.04.2007 and my EPF No. TN/MS/31812/235, and I transfer to group concern M/s. Southern Logistics Private Limited(SLPL) now called as M/s. Pon Pure Logistics Private Limited- EPF No. TN/AMB/66353/07 and my company applied the From 13 for transfer of the fund from PCC to SLPL,
I resigned the SLPL on 2010 and applied closure of EPF &amp; EPS, but I EPF settlement pertain to SLPL only but PCC EPF amount settlement not received for me,
I had enquired the same with EPF –Royapettah office and they confirm the fund was transfer by them based on that I cross check with Ambattur office they told me to submit the EPF claim form once again I approach the my ex-service organization for fresh claim form was submitted and claim form was rejected by EPF office due to Claim already settled and no transfer received from PCC,
I approach the EPF offices so many times but claims getting to delay by 2 more years, in this juncture I request you to kindly look in to re-solve the issue and settle my claim

Avon beauty products — Claim for PF

Hi,

I had applied for my PF claim to my company in February 2008. However, it has been more than 5 months since I have heard anything from the PF department in Noida. Company says that they have forwarded my claim to the PF dept. and I have received the scanned copy of the receipt. However the PF dept. has not done anything over thie issue. When contacted, the company's PF agent says that they have forwarded the claim and that they cannot say when the PF amount would be paid.

I want to know who to contact in this case or if the PF office in Noida is actually doing its job and when I will receive the amount. As per my information about PF law, the amount is paid within 3 months of application.

I had been working with Havells India Ltd (26 months)and later requested for PF withdrawl and i was intimated that i will be getting the claims settled within 60 days. I received letter from PF office wazirpur delhi north mentioning that they have forwarded my cheque to my bank, on enquiring with the bank, bank stated that they have received the cheque on 27th August 2008, but they have returned the same as the account number mentioned was wrong which was an typographical mistake from the pf office, where as i have mentioned the correct account no of my bank account.

I have been corrosponding with Wazirpur pf office delhi north since last month, but still there is no development.

I have worked with Sparsh BPO service, PH-III Gurgaon. for the period of 22 months. I left the job after that as per company rules and regulation i filled my PF forms and submitted in the company.

I know lakhs of people are suffering from not getting PF for the service which they have done. They promissed my PF will be credited in your bank account which is given by you.

Afer 8 months two cheques are been credited in my account 1. Rs. 3964/- 2. Rs. 1709/-. When i checked my detailed i was shocked that only Rs. 5673/- credited in my account for 22 months. Where are the other money gone?

This is only my feedback. Please do something not only for me but also for those employee who is sufferring from critical condition.

i manawer haleem worked with wockhardt(parenteral division)in[protected] december, this division was takenover by MNC company BAXTER (I)pvt.ltd in une 2002 itself and we all field staff were transfered in that division directly, so our PF money is also transfered in this company itself, i get resigne in dec, 2002, and i left india in june 2003 and till date working in kuwait, so at that time i fullfill all the necesities document for collecting my PF and office staff applied as i was touched by joyece fernandice my HR-department,

EPF office jaun pur is so lazy in payment. I HOPE THEY WILL CONSIDER ON MY COMMENT AND WILL FAITHFULL TOWORDS THEIR DUTY,
i have submmitted my form 5 years ago but till date i have not receieved my money.
i have all my dacuments and receipt sighned by the inspector but i have no time now ..to inquiry . when i will free i will fight for my money at any cost up to any level.

if i logged in to http://www.epfindia.com/ClaimStatus_New.html- it always displays "Your Claim Is Approved Payments Under Processing!" When does this display or why the status doesn't change ?
If any problem in my form or any clarification, please inform me.

I just want to know from EPF officers if some person submitting his or her form to withdraw the money then how much time or month EPF office will take to release the money into the claimers A/C pls let us know because we all tired with EPF OFFICES AND their employee.

I have resigned in Dec 2010 and submitted my form in June 15, 2010 but the online status say that form received on 21st june, 2010 and its is in process.

Its almost 2 moth passed and as earlier commitment by EPFO that all the claims would be cleared with in 30 days.

Thanks for submitting your PF withdrawal form with HGS. We appreciate your patience with regards to the withdrawal process not being completed as on date, due to certain challenges that we have faced in receiving the updates on the settlement of the withdrawal claims.

The PF office was closed roughly from October 2010 till February 2011 as a result of their software upgradation exercise at a regional level. During this period, they were not settling any claims. Post this, they started accepting claim forms, however, they were not settling claims due to their financial year ending till April’2011. Post April 2011, they started settling claims and roughly 250 claims pending from September were cleared. The government had then issued a notice to PF on which we don’t have complete clarity due to which they are currently not even accepting forms or settling claims.

Also, we have not received any formal notifications from the PF dept. on the above.

The above matter had been escalated to CPFC, Delhi via an email, however, we have limited or no control over government authorities.

The PF Dept has just started settlements again in the 1st Week of July, but you can expect your settlement to get a bit delayed. As of now, 900+ settlements are still pending.

We are trying our best to facilitate the settlements and would humbly appreciate your co-operation in this matter.

I Surendra Kumar Mallick (Employee No: 2209) Was in Working With Prizm Payment Services Pvt. Ltd from 1st April 2014 to 17th Oct 2014.

As per my Salary slips a sum of Rs. 7, 655/- towards EPF contribution has been deducted from my Salary &amp; deposited to my PF Account No: TB/TAM/52189/001197 and for which i have already submitted Form 19 &amp; Form 10C in Jun 2015 for withdrwal.

But still the same is not credited into my account.
