I have raised pf trasnfer request on 22nd january 2020 and its been almost 2 month but still its not proceessed dont knkow why... I have followed up and raised complaint on epfo complaint portal but not getting proper resolution for the complaint. So please do the needful so that my epfo trasnfer request can be cater on priority basis and epfo doesnt take 2 month to trasnfer pf from one entity to another. Transfer tracking id[protected]

Hi, I am unable to transfer PF from my previous organization to current organization.
Previous organization had not linked my UAN number since pension part was not covered.
However, current organization has linked my PF number to UAN. But i am not able to transfer PF online.
Kindly help me in this matter urgently.

Hi my wife uan[protected] name - sayali moray. She have applied for a pf advance as it was an emergency. Applied on 26th jan till today i have not received the amount yet, i have registered grievance couple of times but this guy name bhupender yadav just copy and paste without even understanding my emergency and issue. He also addressed me as sir which clearly shows how irresponsible they are.

Hi team,

Kindly help me with the name correction of my father in pf portal, i went to a-2c, sector 24, noida 201301 pf office, wherein all the uneducated employees are sitting and doing nothing. They just can't correct my father name in their after submitting all the relevant documents, according to it is impossible. Like seriously? We are living in technology world and they are saying it is impossible.

On top of that, you can't connect them either on call or email's because there numbers are always busy or out of service and god know's what email system they have. It's being 10 days i have send an email and did not receive single response on the same.

Finally after lot of struggle i decided to approach consumer forum for the resolution.

Hoping for the early response with the resolution.

This is abhilasha... My previous company was earlier a micro finance company and then converted to bank. Hence, they created my 2 uan no's in epfo.. Now i want to close that previous uan and withdraw my pf amount... Since i am a working women i tried to do it with the help of epfo website and umang app... But it always showed error to me... When i complained again this to customer care of epfo, they simply didn't receive the call many times and when once they received, they didn't even bother to answer my query and put my call on mute...

Hence, it's a humble request to you that please take some action against the same as we are always talking about promoting the digital india but these type of services of these organization always pull us back to stick to the old processes...

For the reference - my previous uan no which i want to close and withdraw my amount[protected]

Roja a was claimed pf advance on 24.08.2019 and the same as been approved and showed her claim status that your claim [ claim id - pykrp[protected] ] has been settled. Payment sent via neft on - 13-sep-2019.

Please note that she haven’t received her pf advance due to her bank account no. Updated wrongly that means one zero left out to mention.

We have visited kr puram pf office on 18.09.2019. We have enquired about this transaction they said to speak to bank manager and it should be in suspense a/c and ask them to divert that amount to her account.

So we have concerned with bank manager, they said that amount wouldn’t received even roja a a/c or suspense a/c due to wrong a/c no, even our bank server will not accept it must have bounced back to pf office on the same day.

So again we have visited kr puram pf office on 04.10.2019. We have enquired about this transaction again they said that amount will be return to uan a/c no:[protected] within 1 month but still it has not been credited.

Payment sent via NEFT on - 13-SEP-2019. Please note that she havenâ€™t received her PF advance due to her Bank account no. updated wrongly that means one zero left out to mention . Wrong A/c No : 065505300003355 Correct A/c No : 0655053000003355 We have visited KR puram PF office on 18.09.2019. We have enquired about this transaction they said to speak to Bank manager and it should be in Suspense a/c and ask them to divert that amount to her account. So we consulted the Bank Manager, they said that amount has not credited in ROJA A a/c or Suspense A/c due to wrong a/c no, even our bank server will not accept, it must have bounced back to PF office on the same day. So again we have visited KR puram PF office on 04.10.2019. We have enquired about this transaction they replied the amount will return to UAN A/c No: 100883185922 within 1 month but still it has not been credited. Again for the fifth time we visited your office your staff (Cash Dept ) informed us to approach State Bank of India â€“ Dooravani Nager, Branch for the same. We visited the bank refused to give any details and asked us to intimate you to contact bank regarding the clarifications ( NEFT Batch Report ) . Request you to please look into the matter and do the needful as we are following up from last five month but we are not getting any solution.

Also, claim status website always shows the same information ("under process") every time.
I have attached bank cheque leaf as per epfo request but still not got any revert yet.

I am anjan, kolkata, i wish to inform you that, i worked under pnb housing finance ltd from december 2017 and payments authority is teamlease services ltd.

I mailed teamlease on 5th january 2020 for withdraw my pf balance but he mailed me that he was transfer the amount of rs. 7985.00 on 18.12.2019 in favour of rpfc delhi (North) utrn no. Ft[protected]. But still now no amount received or added with my uan no:[protected].

Am writing this letter in regards to uan number[protected] as a last resort pleading for help.

I had applied for pf advance on december 11th, 2019 and the status of the claim is still under process and its been 35 days now, the window to process a claim in an online mode is maximum 30 days officially and i am yet to see any progress on my claim.

I have raised multiple grievance but of no help, i have been receiving the same response all the time - saying its under process and you will receive a message once its settled. I don't see any action apart from this. Now i am unable to even check the status of my claim - getting unexpected error from the last 2 days.

Applied 10c (Withdral) to bangalore2 regional office.

10c rejected reason that some account overlapping, they need ledger from other regional office. As i understand this is their internal problem. But still i wrote them but they are not responding.
Between their problem my money is stuck. Please help me in this regard.
