I nisha balmiki pf employee with uan number
[protected] has submitted the claim on 3rd of october and since then it is under process
I wanted to withdraw the amount due to serious illness if my family member but the epfo department employees do not receive calls and hence the status remains unchanged
Please help to settle the amount asap. That will be very helpful

Dear sir,

This is to highlight that my pf withdrawal claim has been rejected twice stating reason as 1. Joint account and 2. Incomplete bank details.

It is so surprising that my claim 10c gets approved and 19 is rejected where in i have provided same scanned copy of the cheque, how can that be.

I agree that i have a joint account but that is with my spouse, which is very much acceptable for epf withdrawals and same has been accepted in 10c withdrawal.

I am in very much need of my pf money as i am jobless for almost 3 months and claim being rejected for such reasons is little dissatisfying.

If i file a claim again it might get cancelled again.

Request you to kindly intervene and get the same resolved at the earliest.

I've submitted the details on 01/09/2019 and still pending for approval from the establishment.

I have applied for my pf withdrawal via uan online portal on 18 july 2019 via claim form type form-19 (Epf final settlement) & form-10c (Eps withdrawal/sc), its 3 months & still my pf is not credited to my account & claim status is showing as "under process".
I do not understand why it is taking so long to process when ideally it should be credited to my account with in 20 days of "claim receipt date".

Can you please look into this matter & let me know how soon my pf amount will get credited to my account.

I have submitted my pf claim for UAN[protected] and since 19 Sept 2019 its under process and no response on any mail either from ro.[protected]@epfindia.gov.in [protected]@epfindia.gov.in, and [protected] .
Still I did not get any proper update about my claim.
Please Approve my claim. its very urgent for me.

Kindly help me .

I submitted online claims for final settlement of pf and pension on 27th sep'2019. But it's not processed yet. I continuously mailed epfo delhi south but didn't received any response from their side. Not able to contact through help line no. I also mailed addl. Cpfc dl, ut epfo, ministry of labour government of india, new delhi, they told me to complain through epfigms portal. But i am not able to complain through this portal. There are not any option to register. Then i meilled epfo ro delhi north. They reply that they sent an email to epfo delhi south with request to processed the claims as soon. But till now it's not processed. Therefore i request to you please help me a little in this regard. It's an emergency condition. I need some money to treat my mother. But i haven't enough money right now. So i want to withdraw my pf balance as early as possible. Please do the needful.

I have applied for name change in august 2019 as per aadhar and the change is approved by my employer. But it's still pending in bandra ii office for over two months.
I registered grievance in epfigms.gov.in portal three times and it was closed without any resolution all the three times. I don't know how to proceed further since there is no replies to mail or calls also.

On september 19, 2019 I submit my form-19 for pf withdrawal online.on october1, 2019my claim accepted. and on october4, 2109 i received a message from EPFO that online claim form-19(DSNHP[protected] has been rejected by EPFO on 3-10-19. i want to know that why it is rejected.i attached screenshot of messages of EPFO.

With reference to my UAN no[protected], I would like to bring to your notice that due to resignation from my last job (SHV Energy Pvt Ltd) on 05/06/2019, I had applied for withdrawal of my PF and Pension amount on 10/08/2019, under claim IDs APHYD[protected] and APHYD[protected].

As per the information on the portal, the claim was settled on 20/08/2019 via NEFT and supposedly transferred to my bank account. However, I have not received any amount till date.

I had also raised a Grievance at the portal under Registration Number APHYD/E/2019/15215, to which no reply has been received till date.

I have also sent an email dated[protected] to the concerned EPF RO, and no reply to that has been received either

Please look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest. Enclosed are :

I have raised the online claim (Form31) on 3rd sep 2019, but till now it is under process, i have raised the complaint through grievance portal even though i didn't get any response from your side.

Grievance number: baniv/e/2019/09442

I tried to contact help desk number and its even not connected.

I have sent an email mentioned under my grievance request, even though i don't get any response from that email.

I have raised the claim for medical purpose and no option to contact to epfo.

I have tried all options get response from your side, but nobody answers and nobody cares about it.

It's been a 4 weeks from the date of claim raised, no resolution yet and no response to my grievance.

I was awarded two pension pay order since i had taken voluntary retirement in my first employment and later joined another organization. After retirement at my second employment, employee / employer portion of pf deduction was refunded. After declaring about my first employment pf a/c details, second pension was fixed. However, since two pensions were not allowed as per pf rule, i was asked to refund the amount of pension received which i promptly transferred and it has been debited to my account on 24th july. Even after two months, neither my contribution (Against my pf a/c no. Kn/bn/26325/3) has been refunded nor my pension against my first pf a/c no. Kn/bng/40822 (Which was kept on hold) has been released. None of my letters reaches concerned officers. Can i get any help in refund and release of pension.

Hi, my pf no that starts with kdmal seems that my pf office is in Mumbai, I tried calling thousand times but no response...Not only Mumbai but none of the office pick up phones..very pathetic service from a government organization. At this point I'm too frustrated..If my greviance is not resolved, i will be compel to take extreme step.

I had enter in Richmond town office in Bangalore but still my epf money still not came in my money account and their office people is very irresponsible 2 months over I had enter but still my epf money didn't came pls help me if I call to Richmond office also they are not picking my phone calls

I raised a grievance also and the request is completed and informed the concerned team still no updated. I don't understand why it taking too long. Usually, it will be settled within 30 days and now its gonna be 60 days still no update. Any update on this would be much appreciated.
