Dear madam/sir,
I was a employee of aegan batteries ltd, having h. O. At - no.52, bhagavathi towers, 4th floor, 33rd cross, 4th block, jayanagar, bangalore.- 560011 and having works at no.26/1 & 27/3, chudagondanahalli village, h. Hosakote, lakkur, hubli, malur taluka, kolar district, karnataka - 563160.
Since december, 2012. My share of p. F was deducted from my salary by the employer and was deposited in my pf account no. Py/krp/0052805/000/000436 and uan no.[protected].

I left the job in 2014 and presently i am unemployed. I applied to withdraw my p. F amount and was informed by the pf office in k. R. Puram, whitefield, bangalore that since my bank account details was not verified by the employer and i need to get it verified. When i tried to approach my employer aegan batteries it came to my notice that the company has closed down its operations and the directors /employees are non tracable.
I tried to interact with local p. F office at lucknow but, they were also not able to help me.
I have been trying since last 2 years to withdraw the amount, sent completed p. F withdrawl form twice to whitefield regional p. F office, but it was rejected each time.

Hence i request kindself to please look into this matter and help me to withdraw the amount.

My uan no is[protected] i have claimed against form31 online and claim settled on 10/09/2018but amounts not yet credited in my account i have registered a gravience on portal but no more satisfactory response, i have already two'times withdraw with same mode, so there is no chance to mismatch any details. Epall the same i have filled asr on 29/11/2018 also but in this case amount not yet credited
Kindly investigate this issue, may be it would fraud,
Kindly inform me the status of this case.

I have submitted my pf form 31 withdrawal process online on 1/12/2018 which was suppose to settle by 10 days from applied but today is 16/12/2018 already 15 days are gone but it was now showing settled on 18th dec.
But my pf withdrawal claim status is settled on 18th dec but amount not deducted from my pf account and not credited in my bank account too.

Our company md davinder singh sethi m/s. Skytone electricals india ltd, 42-43industrial area, nit, faridabad. He is top thief of india. He does not run the company out o[censored]s all. We did not give you anything. Our pf, esi, gratutity and gst, excise duty all are in pending for last 2 years. Sir take him and keep him in jail immediately. At least rs.50crore in his hand. His home is full of stuff. No one knows his truth. His home address b-321, new friends colony, faridabad. And his mob no.[protected]. Pls reid immediate his company and home.

My name is naveen baskaran and i have applied for epf final settlement form - 19 through online portal (Uan:[protected] on 22/11/2018 and the claims were rejected without any reasoning on 16/12/2018. Then i have applied again on the next day 17/12/2018 but this time its showing that the application has not been submitted at field office till date 19/12/2018, i also applied on grievance on 18/12/2018. I am so worried about this i need this money for my studies and i need it by end of this month, please do some thing about this.

Hi, i'm a former employee of india insure risk management services pvt ltd & my last working day with the organization was 30th nov'18, the issue is every month the pf was deducted from my salary however effective apr'18 the same has not been deposited in my pf account. I've been following up with them over email since then but i'm not getting any reply & even if they reply it says "will get back to you shortly". I've joined a new organization & continuing with the same uan number, i'm & will be losing the cumulative interest. Request you to address the issue & provide a solution at the earliest.

The issue persists with all the employees of the organization.

I am brijmohan kumar mandal i have claimed for form-10c, and form-19 through my uan account online service tab,
But yet only 50409+26820/- has been credited in my account but in umang app
Epfo claim status shows that 56010/- and 26820/- has been credited in your account.. But i got only 50409/- and 26820/- yet.
Many time i have raised complain in south delhi email id, but no response from there.

My final amount is given below:-
Employe share = 47414/-
Employer share = 14596/-
Pension contribution = 28321/-
Advance withdrawal - 6000/-
Grand total=[protected] =84331/-

So please issue my all fund.

Epfo mumbai is not processing my request and again and again rejecting my request stating documents not recieved.
This time i have send documents through registed ad and have proper acknowledgement that epfo mumbai bhavishya nidhi has received my request and documents and i have attached screenshot of the same recieving from epfo office and screenshot of last five request which are rejecting with same reason where also i have sent documents through courier. I request you to please necessary action and udate my date of birth.

Current status is still under process.

It is been more than 15 days and still the amount has not been settled. I have raised a complaint to the pf department but no response from them. There call is not getting connected as well. They asked me to wait for a few more days but still the same status. They are not responding to my emails now.

Dear sir,

As per eps '95 manual, the pensionable salary is to be arrived by averaging the latest 60 months salary to the retirement date.

Here, the epfo personnel are not following the above procedure. And they are calculating the pension in 2 spells, i. E. (1) pension up to 31/08/2014 with pensionable salary of rs.6, 500/- and (2) pension from 01/09/2014 with pensionable salary of rs.15, 000/-, which is against the procedure spelled in the eps '95 manual.

Please clarify the correctness in this regard.

The necessary changes have been done on the portal and the claim has been submitted on 14-Nov-18.

Please let me know the timeline for the amount to be disbursed as there is an emergency.

Also ecr revision already has submitted by previous employer and still there is not feedback or eta can you do the needful else i will have to take new channels help to sue a case against pf offices which making fool to people for their pf settlement unnecessary and there is no smooth process is going on even we are in technology generation and using computer and internet.

My pf account claim request was filed on 03/11/2018. I have not received any claim till now from the epf.
Also, claim status website always shows the same information ("under process") every time.
