Mam/sir,

I am veena verma.

I am following up with epf office last 8 months for changing my dob as mentioned in record wrongly by employer, i have already submit proof (10th certificate, pan card, aadhar card post office with joint declaration form) in dilshad garden office but epf field officer reject my request again and again.

As confirmation received by office (Dilshad garden) that only 10th certificate and pan card is required to change dob in epf record.

You are requested to kindly advised me that how i can change my dob and which documents are required for the same, so that we can withdraw my pf (As per norms).

Dear sir,
My name is Rohit Kumar Mishra i join the company known as SPX India private limited in 06/05/2013 as a worker or helper in production department Jaipur. My problem is that my EPF deduction starts from date of my joining after one year I received an annual statement from EPFO there was wrongly mentioned my PF account number as RJ/RAJ/0009221/000/0000297 instead of RJ/RAJ/0009221/000/0000293.
Kindly make it correct my EPF number because from the date of joining till now my all contribution going to-RJ/RAJ/0009221/000/0000293 i am not able to withdraw my funds from my account, I am also facing the problem to check my PF balance and not able to generate UAN also. So please solve my problem because PF for future and my future is not looking good financially.

I was trying to update bank and pan card details in my account on epfo portal under manage kyc option. But after submitting details when i click save, it shows "sql error" every time. So i am unable to withdraw my provident fund. I have sent many mails to "[protected]@epfindia.gov.in" and "acc. [protected]@epfindia.gov.in ([protected]@epfindia.gov.in)" but haven't got any acknowledgement on mail or any resolution till date. Finally i will have to spent whole day to go to his office and submit hard copies of document even if there is facility to withdraw pf amount online. Government has spent a lot of amount to make india digital but some people don't care.

Updated by kniyl33 Consumer complaint not forwarded complaint to respective department. Where to go now? No proper escalation system exists in india.
So now I haven't any expectation from consumer complain

This is to inform you that my uan number[protected].
I have applied for claim part claim on 4 th september 2018 and 10th september 2018 for settlement of account.
The payment is not made yet even they haven't initiated for approval despite reminders.. This seems that my reminder to epfo gurgaon has taken as an opportunity to revenge.. Even the grievance raised on portal was closed in just 1 working day stating your amount will be credited in your bank account shortly.. This shortly is so strange that 4 working days passed nothing received.
Even on helpline the gurgaon epfo claims are fake.. They stated today.. Nothing has been initiated yet.. Hence it is evident gurgaon epfo makes fake commitments and they fight with members with objective of rivalry...

Dear Sir/Madam,

I had raised an online PF Claim for my UAN[protected] & PF Number - (THTHA[protected] which got rejected last month as my PAN status on the UAN Member Portal was 'Failed' & 'Unverified'.

Following this I checked with the Income Tax Department and UAN Helpdesk to check what caused the issue as my details are all matching in UAN, Income Tax Dept, Adhaar Card & PAN Card.

No one is able to tell me what's the issue to solve this problem.

I have raised a fresh claim last week on 19th September, 2018 and couriered Form 15G along with a copy of my PAN Card to Income Tax Office Thane.(DTDC Courier - Consignment Number - B[protected]

Retesting you to please help me sort this issue on the UAN portal and approve my PF Claim.

Actually i was resigned my job on[protected] from ind innovations pvt ltd.
Almost 100 days over. Some soft copies (Pf withdraw documents) received from the company & i also send the hard copies (Like cancelled cheque, aadhar photo copy, filled documents) on approximately 15th july. Then after weekly 3 reminder mails i send the hr team. But till now they didn't take any action (Pf withdraw process). No response from my mail or phone. I am waiting for my pf amount. Please please please help me sirs /madams

Hi sir this is abhishek bais i submitted my 10c form in gurgoan pf office in last month the process of this is aprrox 10 working days.. But i call in pf office to mr abhishek he did not recive my call and disconnect my call and last week i call to ask the status he clearly told me do not call again and again we have more work.. And no any another contact number is their to compaint please help me sir i request u..
I mail him but did not get any rply from mr abhishek i will provide u pf office no[protected].
Please sir help me regarding this bcos it's my hardwork money.

Dear Sir, my grievance with registration No - GNTWO/E/2018/80736 allotted on 08/09/2018 and i sending required document to PF dept. Gurugram, Haryana for withdrawing my payment. Document delivered on PF office gurugram dated on 12/.09.2018. But not sowing result in your site. I am login UAN claim status but there is sowing result no data found.

Pf transferred from punjlloyd trust to pf south delhi, amount has been given by punjlloyd by cheque dated 23/01/18,

As per claim id dsnhp[protected] claim has been settled, but up to now amount could not punch in my uan account[protected], i tried to approach several time to epf office on by mail call, no response from them.

I have updated my basic details in epfo portal and the same has been approved by my employer on july 21st 2018 and been pending at field office kr puram bangalore. It’s been more than a month and still the status remain the same. I have not got any updates. Please help me resolve this issue soon.

What’s the usual time the epfo office takes to resolve the issues or approve the updates?

This is blocking me from widrawing the amount.

company worked -accurate logistics (under larsen and toubro ltd)
i have forwaded pf withdrawal form for three times to the company and they are contiously not making payement
also not replaying to the letter
