Hi team,

I am shubham parashar i’ve submitted ny withdrawal payment for illnes on[protected] and still the status is showing under process.
No customer carr number is helpful and it’s been a very king time today is 2 december.

I am really looking forward for immediate action so that i can get my amount as soon as possible.

I have made a request online for transfer of pf from old company to new company. Pf office of bommassandra is unable to process the request. I have tried calling them atleast 200 times on[protected] but the phone is deliberately kept busy. This complaint is against the pf office, bommasandra department for not being reachable to the public either through phone or process pf.

I was trying to complete epf formality as life certificate formalities since from last 1 week continously.. Sometimes there is an server issues... Sometimes they are not giving token no., sometimes again server issues.. And about staff.. They are not happy to do work.. Here is 4 system and only 1 system is working and staff is doing misbehavior with public..

I, Sukhvender Pal Singh (PF no- UP/229/4164) had submitted an application dated 22.01.2018 toRPFC, Meeerut requesting him to fix my pension at full salary instead of Rs.6500/-. Since then I have submitted eight reminders, ten mails and personal visits to RPFC-Meerut every month. But the office of RPFC-Meerut has not bothered to reply any letter or mail. There is only verbal assurance. Long eleven months have passed but matter has not been resolved.
Requested to kindly get my issue resolved. Letter dated 22.01.18 is being forwarded.

Kindly take reference of my trailing mails dated- 22.01.2018 and reminders dated- 05.03.2018, 27.03.18, 12.04.18, 11.07.18, 27.07.18, 28.09.18 & 05.10.2018.In these long nine months I have several personal visits to your office, meetings with officials and reminders submitted to your office personally.

I am sorry to mention that in spite of my humble requests & best efforts I have not heard anything from your office till now. My employers have already submitted the documents- Form-3A etc required by your office long back.

Very humbly you are again requested to kindly sanction my pension at full salary. I am ready to deposit the required amount with your office immediately. PF Commissioner-HQ in his letter dated 8th June, 2018 addressed to all RPFCs has advised to finalize the cases of pension on increased salary on priority basis. The copy of the letter is attached for ready reference.

I will be grateful if you kindly instruct the concerned staff to calculate and inform me the required amount so that I can deposit the same at your office.

Hi,
I am nehal pawar, working with capco technologies banglore. Three times since august 2018 i have submitted the documents like pan, adhar, ssc certificate to make correction in my dob.
This is really frustrating that no action has been taken yet on the request. I have contacted them almost every week by mail but no response from their side. The only thing i received that "we are forwarded to the concern department to take action on your request" but after this nothing is happened since last 3-4 months.

My date of birth is[protected] and i have aadhar card, metriculation certificate, mark sheet and pan card.in all documents my dob is mentioned correctly i. E. 01st mar 1983 whereas in my pf account my dob is mentioned[protected]. I have visited regional pf office as well as my company office numerous times, but all efforts are in vain. I wanted to correct my dob in my pf account. During my all visits to pf office in gurugram i tried to convince the field officer with all documents with correct dob but i was unsuccessful. Please guide me how i can correct my dob. I am working as an operative in my company since[protected] and my company address is h-305, sushant shopping arcade, ph-1, sushant lok, gurugram-122009.

Requested for change in DOB and Initial "M" is not added in my name. Submitted supporting documents Aardhar card and Pan card copy Last 2 months back, still my status shows pending with field officer (k r puram).

I submitted an official request for the father's name and dob correction for my wife's epfo account in epfo office kr puram, bangalore on 10th august 2018 and till date the it has not been addressed. The current status of the request says "pending with kr puram office".

I have visited them multiple times but everytime they say to raise an online grievance. Nothing seems to be working. Please help in getting this data correction done.

Attached is the acknowledgement seal from the kr puram office after they collected the documents.

We employee of belagavi smart city limited have applied for part encashment of pf through filling up of form 19.
The documents have been posted through registered speed post, and from past one month there is no reply.

As also calling on the registered land line numbers as below:
[protected] and[protected], the officials of the pf office pick the phone receiver and keep it aside.

This is not the way to address the grievances received day to day.

I have applied for pf advance rs 200000 on 08/09/2018 to buy a plot. But my request has been rejected. I don't know the reason why it was rejected. Please tell me the reason why it was rejected. Can i submit the claim again.

Hi,
I started working as software engineer on 1 july 1997 with kpit systems ltd.
Then moved to congnizant on 24 jan 2000, and to infosys on 7th nov 2005.
I was successfully able to transfer money from cognizant pf account to infosys. Hence my pf membership start date is shown as jan 2000.
However my kpit pf money never got transferred to either cognizant or infosys in-spite of several attempts.
Epfo pune now tells me that you money i already paid???

I did apply for partial withdrawal of pf and tracking id:[protected] claim is being displayed as settled on oct 3 and still amount haven't been credited in account. I did verify bank account details are correct and still how much time it ill take for the amount to be credited. Its displaying payment have been sent but still amount is not credited.

I couldn't understand why approximately rs 10000/- deduction was done.

I filled the online form march 2018 but till now. I doesn't get a proper response or my funds still in provident fund office. I visited most of time but i don't get proper resolution. They told you have to attest on form. When i attest on a form then they told me, you have to fill another form.

Hi,

I received the pf amount transfer mail from my previous organization mentioning that the pf amount has been transferred to epfo on 24th August, 2018. I waited for some time for the amount to get credited to my current pf account, after i lost my patience i raised a ticket with EPFO body for this issue on 18th September, 2018 whose resolution i got on 1st October, 2018 and i quote the resolution :-
"Sir, Due to some technical reason this office is unable to credit the amount to your account. The matter has been referred to our technical team. We assure you that the amount will be credited to your account as soon as the issue is resolved. There will be no loss of interest. The inconvenience is deeply regretted."
It has been 42 days since and i have not yet received the amount.
Kindly get me my pf money, this is very sad that the government body is sitting on our money with waste reasons.

Dear Sir,

This is in reference to my arrears of payment of revised pensionary benefits of 6th pay commission for which letter received from SBI Assistant General Manager (SBI-Belapur) Letter no. CPPC/SKD/JD/PP5/615459 dated 01/09/2018 which are pending from SBI CPPC for want of order of the Revised Pensionary Benefits of the 6th pay commission letter no. MH/PF/HRM-II/Pension/178 dated 09/07/2018.

I have visited SBI CPPC office 3 times on 03/10/2018, 11/10/2018 & 03/11/2018 wherein I was informed by the Assistant General Manager CPPC that they are not having the Office Order No. 178 dated 09/07/2018 and also the digital signature of Shri Subodh Sulakhe - Assistant P.F. Commisioner HRM-II hence they are unable to revise the pension for 6CPC and pay the arrears on the basis of the above office order dated 09/07/2018.

Kindly issue the office order and digital signature to SBI Belapur to take the necessary action in the above matter.

For the last ten months i have written 8 letters, sent 8 mails and visited epfo, meerut about dozen times. I am shocked and surprised to mention that epfo, meerut did not bother to reply my mails or letter. Only verbal assurance by the officers. You are requested to kindly use your good office to influence epfo, meerut to resolve my case. Letters given to rpfc, meerut is reproduced herewith. I will be grateful for an early action.
