Employee's Providents Fund Organisation [EPFO] Complaints & Reviews

Hi,

I have updated my basic details in epfo portal and the same has been approved by my employer on july 21st 2018 and been pending at field office kr puram bangalore. It’s been more than a month and still the status remain the same. I have not got any updates. Please help me resolve this issue soon.

What’s the usual time the epfo office takes to resolve the issues or approve the updates?

This is blocking me from widrawing the amount.

Now, i wanted to transfer my previous account to current one, having uan no.in different company. Please advise me how to do this.

Now i am not available in delhi, i wanted to transfer to jharkhand.

I have claim for partial withdrawal of pf on 29/08/2018 at online epfo site with tracking id[protected]// uan no.[protected] // and on epfo web site claim showing settled but money not credited in my bank account. I have tried many many times to contact on phone to epfo customer care no.[protected] /[protected] /[protected] /[protected] but the phone was continue showing busy busy all the day.

Dear sir/madam,

My pf transfer request is pending even after 12 months of form submission and more than7-8 personal visit to vashi pf office. My request is stuck in between to pf offices. I. E. Noida pf office and vashi pf office.

I have written many complains on pf grievance portal but my issue is yet to be resolved. Request you to please help me in this matter. Last reply is pending from noida pf office.

From jan'11 to mar'18 have resigned from the company applied for the pf withdrawal of the same, i came to know that there was error in dob mentioned in the company records for which i have given the declaration for correcting the same & applied for dob change in pf office on 27th july'18, till today it was not yet updated. Dear Sir,

I would like to inform you that PAN verification is not happening as showing below massege on EPFO site.

Error:
PAN Verification failed(Name against UAN does not match with the NAME in Income TAX Department)

As cross checked from EPFO helpline Officer, Name against the PAN number is mismatch i.e. one character missing and according him, correct name is not updated on Income Tax database as per below

As per Income TAX database : Name is HEMANT KUMAR GHADIA

So, you are requested to kindly update my correct name and provide the name against my pan number after updation in your database.

Have already requested to transfer the same in my saving account of my present institution but not yet received and its been a very old case.

My uan number is[protected]. Two years back the amount from my previous organization (Hcl) was transferred to my flex organization account.

But almost 1 and year completed still the amount is not reflected in my member passbook. When i ask the employer they replied us it still pending with chennai pf office. Kindly help me on this.

My pf claim is rejected saying that in my office record my name is different than claim form, though i have already got changed my name in office record and i am also getting a same name salary slip and while submitting
Claim form i have also attached the gazette certificate.

So please check on this why they have rejected my pf claim. It almost 2 month has been passed.

My self ASHWIN VISHNU DHOKE my epf account number is MH/BAN/46391/3053 of which UAN is[protected] i have claimed epf on May 18 which is showing on portal as settled on dated 18.05.2018 but now it's September and till I don't received the amount after talking to my employer reply given to me is that there is technical issue which will be solved from Delhi but I called to Bandra and Delhi office and they are not receiving the call So please resolve my problem as earliest as possible at yours end.

Hi team,

I have been trying to contact epfo gurgaon on ph #[protected] &[protected] for quiet a long time, however they do not answer my calls neither are replying to my email.
I have been trying to update this pf acct. # hrggn[protected] to my existing uan #[protected] for more than a week, however the epfo website does not allow me to do so online.
I was asked to contact epfo by my previous company : convergys india private limited (Email says: the pf numbers for employee’s whose joining year is before 2014 as they do not have access to update the same. Kindly contact the pf office for the same) email send from convergys

I have send 2 emails to [protected]@epfindia.gov.in, however i have not recd. Any update on the same for past 5 days.

I am sri ramya puttaparthi, i have applied my pf claim recently from uan portal and checked today that my pf claim got rejected due to some reasons and i don't even know why it got rejected as there was no reason mentioned in the portal.

Sir my UAN number is[protected]. I claimed my pf money. Now the status shows your money sent on24/08/18 through NEFT. but still I didn't receive any money in my given account. Please solve my problem.

Hi Team,

While initiating transfer request via online mode I am getting error i.e "form parameters tempered" after submitting OTP.

Have rechecked all the entered details & same is being correctly entered.
Tried many times with different browsers but still facing the same issue.

Dear Team,

Last two years back i was worked in sattva hitech and conware limited..
Morethan 6 month i worked.. But they didnt provide my pf.. 3 times I applied and this 2 years imake a more than 100 calls to sattva Hr department... No one response me

They didnt provide Pf no... Dont know why. But they are deduct 1800 from my salary per month...

Please help me. Do something

Sir,
I made request for changing my name and therefore i verified my aadhaar by employer. But request is pending by field office from 6 - august 2018 and till nowday no action was taken. I went to pf office wazirpur counter no 4 he told me that they reject 100 requests at evening. So please kindly share actions taken for my request
