I submitted pf form-13 for pf amount transfer in pf office agra along with respective documents ans cheque amount rs.11329/- in jan 2018 but till now the amount is not showing in my pf passbook. I have take several follow up from them through grievance portal but they are always manipulating things.

I had applied my eps (10c form) on 18/june/2018 against claim id kdmal[protected] but still (02-jul-2018) the amount is not credited. When i am searching through know your claim status its showing "settled" but their is no approved amount and dispatch date mentioned. But is the same checked in member portal its showing "under process".

I have applied for pf amount from online portal at epfindia.gov.in on 7th of june.still it is showing under process.second thing when I applied for pf withdrawal I have selected form type as form 19c but in claim status it is showing 10c .I don't know what is happening.i m passing through financial crisis.

This is i am writing for, i have applied for basic details updation and also send the related document by post, it is approved by the employer but approval pending from epfo office.
I have contact with mail various time but they just forwarding my case to one another, they ask me for related details and screenshots various time and i gave all the related documents but they do not approve my basic details request....

The concern is that i have request a claim, as per the online claim process and the status my claim status says 'settled', but neither i have got any confirmation on phone or email, nor the amount has been credited to my bank.

On further checking, the status states that the claim was initiated via neft on 21 of june, as of now on 25 june, i have not realised the amount in my bank.

Kindly assist and suggest, what...
