    Greetings Sir/Madam,
    I Ajit Kumar Sethi bearing UAN No.[protected] i have raised the request for withdraw my PF account in website and it has approved, after applying few days i come to know that in my Bank account No. Zero is Missing, that is [protected] instead of correct account No.[protected], when i have checked claim status it is showing claim settled.
    but amount has not credited in my account, So again i have changed the Bank account No in KYC and raised the request on the website and it has rejected, and i got a sms that my claim has rejected because it has settled already, i have checked the reason it showing claim settled already and showing some Cheque No.
    Till today i have not received a single rupee also.
    so many times i have tried to contact ro. thane in phone but no one responded yet, i am sending mail again n again till now i have not received a single reply from RO. THANE,
    i have sent mail to [protected]@epfindia.gov.in, i am getting reply but issue not yet solved. I am not getting any clarity about my amount
    i am totally frustrated by sending mail again n again for my own Money. Please help me out from this problem.

        Hi,
        I have two UAN no that is[protected] and[protected].
        In First UAN two PF account are linked ie 1)PUPUN[protected] and 2)DLCPM[protected]

        In second UAN one account is linked which is forcefully created by my present company in spite of sharing then my first uan which is BGBNG[protected].

        Now the Problem is i had submitted form-13 to my present company to do the pf transfer from my previous account and to close the previous UAN, and after 3 months when i logged in UAN member portal and checked my DLCPM[protected] account its is displaying employee share 2671 and employer share 8166 is withdrawn also full amount displayed is employee share 28521 and employer share 8716 is not transferred and also the withdrawn amount is not reflecting in my present company account BGBNG[protected].
        and also the withdrawn amount is not credited to my linked account, so where is my money and when i will get this please let me know.
        When i checked with pf office they told me that its transferred in some other account and till now they are refusing to send the amount .no one is replying to my complaint even ceo of epf department.

            but in EPFO claim status Its showing Settled But Returned Payment sent via NEFT has been returned on- 21-JUN-18.also received SMS form EPFOHO ON 25.06.2018 AMOUNT will be credited within 3 working days.payment not received yet.kindly suggest.

              Need your help and comments, what should I do in this case?
              I’m following up with HCL PF Team for the status of my PF Transfer from HCL to Accenture and HCL PF Team are saying that it’s already transferred but when we check with Accenture team only status is showing transferred but amount didn’t credit. I raised online request o EPFO Portal to transfer my PF from HCL to Accenture PF Account and on EPFO portal also it’s showing settled/transferred.

                i applied for EPFO claim 17 .06.2018 UAN number is[protected] claim status showing claim was settled but amount not credit in my account and also my account number which is up dated in KYC it was wrongly updated ple kindle solve the issue.

                      Subject: PF withdraw of my PF account HR/25556/2807 [ or HR/GGN/25556/2807 or GN/GGN/25556/2807], Huawei Telecommunication India Pvt Ltd.

                      I am writing this because I am facing difficulties multiple times to transfer my PF to my current Employer.

                      Below is the list of action which performed to transfer my PF

                      1. In 2015, initiated the PF transfer from PF No. HR/GGN/25556/2807 [GN/GGN/25556/2807] (Employer: Huawei Telecommunication India Pvt Ltd.) to PF No. KN/14943/11041 (Employer: Sasken Communication)
                      2. I got SMS that the PF amount has been settled and transferred to current account.
                      3. But while checking with the My Employer (Sasken), they told they have not received the PF on Sasken Trust Account.
                      4. Further checking by Saksen, found that the PF amount has been transferred to PF office “Raja Ram Mohan Roy Road” which is wrong office the current office should be “K R PURAM” PF office.
                      5. On May2016, initiated the PF transfer from “Raja Ram Mohan Roy Road PF Office” to “K R PURAM” PF office.
                      6. Got reply from “Raja Ram Mohan Roy Road PF Office” as below
                      “Raja Ram Mohan Roy Road stating that, since it was a wrong A/c, EPFO Bangalore office has been refunded the amount back (pls. refer: Letter from RPFC Rajaram Mohan Roy Roa, Banglore Office) to Regional Provident Fund Commissioner, Gurgaon, Haryana’s EPF current A/c No [protected], vide IFSC code SBIN0000645 on 7th Jan 2016 “
                      7. So I have again applied for the PF transfer, but always getting rejected by Gurgaon PF office staying that the PF is already settled.
                      8. In Dec’2017 I changed my Job and joined “Vodafone Shared Services India Pvt Ltd.
                      9. Again initiated 2-3 times PF transfer, trying to apply online, but again getting rejected from EPFO.
                      10. Now I again applied withdraw my PF, and the same answer from EPFO Grievance No.HRGGN/E/2018/14991

                        I have applied for my pf on 18-jun-2018 12:27 am with tracking id[protected]. Till now i have not received any status of my claim. When i tried to contact the epfo office via phone my call is not being answered or is getting disconnected. I have been trying to get in touch with the epfo office for more than a week now but i am not getting any response.

                        Requesting you to please assist as this is really frustrating as no one is giving me any update about my epfo status as it is showing under process.

                              Hi i have left my company in dec-17 and after waiting for 6 months i submitted my docs on 7th june-18 at pf office jammu but to my surprise i called assistant commissioner pf on number-[protected] and again to my surprise he told me that he is presently handling cases of year-2016/2017 and my case will be checked after october-18 this is really harrasing as i have to wait for my money again 6-months i. E. Total of 1-year but i think govt department is not aware of new policy introduced by customer that an emoloyee can withdraw pf now in 2months and it is not implemented yet.

                                Getting message "claim is not submitted on portal, please try again later" from last two months waiting for resolution
                                I am facing this issue since long time.

                                This is to inform you that i have already shared the error details on 30th april 2018 to "ro. Delhi. [protected]@epfindia.gov.in, anoc. [protected]@epfindia.gov.in, [protected]@epfindia.gov.in, [protected]@epfindia.gov.in, [protected]@epfindia.gov.in, fa. [protected]@epfindia.gov.in,".

                                But there is no response till now.

                                  I had applied my eps (10c form) on 18/june/2018 against claim id kdmal[protected] but still (02-jul-2018) the amount is not credited. When i am searching through know your claim status its showing "settled" but their is no approved amount and dispatch date mentioned. But is the same checked in member portal its showing "under process".

                                    I have applied for pf amount from online portal at epfindia.gov.in on 7th of june.still it is showing under process.second thing when I applied for pf withdrawal I have selected form type as form 19c but in claim status it is showing 10c .I don't know what is happening.i m passing through financial crisis.

                                    I don't why this much of time being taken by organisation.from 7th of June status is reflecting as under process.i m really fed up with the service.it is humble request to kindly do the needful on priority

                                      Sir how many time i am trying to modify my dob.
                                      But you reject why.. If you not able to give pf so why it's compersory for us... I go to coart.. And complane.. Because it's my money. And why my dob change in ikya human capital.
                                      I have kiya salary slip.. If in salary slip my dob 07/02/1990.
                                      So how can in pf portal dob change..
                                      Resolve my problem within 48 hours otherwise i give you & ikya ◆ notice◆
