There is a company name reynold india pvt. Ltd. A manufacturing company of chillers located at noida adrees c-38/39 sector 2, noida. Company is not providing the epf facilty to all its employees. Company in respect of not providing the epf facility divided its employees in 5 different companies payroll. We were issued appointmemt letter by the name of reynold india pvt. Ltd. But we were tol that we were appointed by other company who is a sister concern of it.

I was appointed 2 years back and i was told that i am appointed by reynold india pvt. Ltd. And every month my epf amount was deucted. Now when i resigned 2 months before and was relieved in february 2018 it was told by the hr department that no amount is deducted in respect of epf.

The hr of the company is totally involved in this fraud. Her contact number is [protected]. My job location is mumbai the regional office of reynold india pvt. Ltd.

Hi,

Please find below my uan number where i submitted the pf claim on 05th feb'18 however i am yet to receive my amount. On 9th feb'18 i received an sms stated that my amount has been settled and the same will get credited by 3 working days however i am yet to receive the same. (Snapshot attached for your ready reference)

While i checked my account it has been found that only rs.20, 281.00 has been credited and rest amount of rs. 46, 362.00 is yet to be credited to my account.

Request you to please help and get this resolved at earliest.

I am soma konch. Establishment id: wbcal[protected]/m/s mishra and mishra consultancy services private limited member id: wbcal[protected]/soma konch i am working in the firm since 2014 and my pf is been cut since april 2015. Now i earnestly need to withdraw some money (Approx 50, 000/-) as my fathers health is very critical. But when i approached pf office (Saltlake, kolkata) they found that no deposit is being displayed of the year[protected]. Only some amount of 2017 - till date is showing. While my company / firm has depositted all the money as pf against my id since the 1st day and i have all necessary documents bespeaking that, epf office is denying the amount. They are of the opinion that in my epf passbook only balance from jan, 2017 is countable to them as that is only visible in their database. I am hereby attaching all documents as the proof of the pf deduction from my salary of each month since april 2015. Please solve the issue. I will really be grateful if you could do the needful so that the actual balance (Around 90, 000/-) gets displayed and i could withdraw the necessary amount. I have submitted my pf form on 25th october 2017 in vibgyor high school.
Yet i haven't received my pf amount and nor receiving any update regarding my pf status from my school.
They are not helpful i am calling every week since december but they are only telling me i have sent your form for signature i'll update you next week. I ask them to approve my kyc details online so that i can go there and claim for pf amount but they are not approving my kyc details online also. And they are not replying me on mail also.
Kindly help me
I am feeling very helpless now.

Forgot my password: when i click, forgot my password, it sends otp to my old phone number. I don't use that number anymore.

I chose don't send otp to the previous number, then it asked to enter name, gender and date of birth. It threw an error "gender or date of birth is not in the database".

I want to change my phone number and reset my password to login to this url.

I am following up with these two email ids but no resolution yet: and ro. [protected]@epfindia.gov.in

Please help as this is urgent..

We hereby want to bring to your notice that we were working for the smart data processing p. Ltd., some employees were working from as long as 10 plus years but company had not submitted the complete epf from the date of joining till the company finally declared to shut down there work without any notice to any of the employees. When we approached the company managers and stake holders for getting the details of epf we were left answerless when we came to know that epf was submitted by the company for only 1 year. I had applied for final settlement of my pf balance on 1st february 2018 to my employer. I want to know whether my application reached there or not as my employer told that already disposed to epfo office cochin
But today i contacted epfo cochin office i was told that they didnt recieved yet. Request to do the needful as soon as possible as i am still jobless and having major hospital expenses in my family ay present. Please confirm and hoping for a reply

Hi sir / madam,

Peoplelogic business solutions was started in 2015 in chennai, a private job consulting firm, i quit the company in march 2017, its been a year now & they have not added my pf amount & haven't filled in my actual details in the uan account, because of which every process like aadhar updation, dob updation, date of exit.., they have been telling that they could not transfer the amount as per their company policy.. But as i do not have another uan to get in transferred i had submitted form 13, but they have not submitted it in the pf office.. Pls take severe actions against the management.

As per govt. Rule pf amount more than 50000 rs is should be applicable pan,
But i have below 40000rs pf amount.
Why rejected my claim application, after 4 days,
I will give compliant for grievance portal..
