    Hi Team,

    When I log into the EPFO portal, it states my password has expired.

    While updating the password, it failed to send the OTP.

    Please refer to the screenshot below and advise as I have to transfer my PF.

      Respected sir, i am sandip more apply for the claim @epfo on 25th Jan 2024, for medical emergency but still my claim is not settled, its showing under process till yet on epfo portal, i request you to please to settled it ASAP.

        I got my UAN and I am trying to update the family details on the UAN portal.

        I enter all details and submit / save.
        This is where I see that nonsensical rotating circle and after 5 minutes the site errors out.

        Practically all Indian Government related websites always error out.
        I am sure some third class Indian IT Company like Infosys or TCS must have designed this site.

        The error I get is.
        Error Code: EPFO-100 Error: I/O error on POST request for "https://epfoauadc.epfindia.gov.in/aua/auth":Connection timed out; nested exception is java.net.ConnectException: Connection timed out

        I HAVE NO EXPECTATIONS FROM EPFO AND I AM SURE NO ONE IS GOING TO LOOK INTO IT. This is just to bring this to your attention.
        You are anyways incompetent and will have no commitment to fix this.

          Hi I apply the claim for illness but still money is not credited to my account till yet. request you to Take proper action against
          UAN NO.[protected].
          CLAIM ON[protected].
          Still not getting the pf amount its showing under process on pf portal, its pending from Kolkata office its too irritating that not settled my claim fo r medical emergency.
          Still i am waiting for claim settlement for medical emergency, I don't know why this process is very very slow hope my issue is solve ASAP.

            Respected officers,

            I have raised a PF transfer request online (claim id - WBCAL[protected] on account of joining a new organization. My PF transfer request was rejected by RO Bengaluru (KR Puram) office due to non EPS member receiving EPS service. But I am not contributing any amount to EPS neither in my previous employment nor in my current employment. I think there was an error while updating the database by the PF office. Please do the needful and re-credit my PF fund to my current employer passbook.

            The RO Bengaluru office is not forwarding the rejection letter to the RO Kolkata despite multiple requests raised in the EPF Grievance portal. Requesting to please forward the rejection letter to the RO Kolkata office. RO Kolkata office people are not processing even If i forward the rejection letter, they are expecting the rejection letter directly to be forwarded from RO Bengaluru office.

            My transfer claim was erroneously rejected by Mr. Parasaram Ganesh in the RO Bengaluru office. I have been requesting it since August 2023. I am losing my hard earned money just because of one small confusion in PF books.

            These are the request numbers I have raised in the grievance portal since August 2023 for your quick reference. Still I am not getting the proper solution and my amount back. Pls help me.

              I want to withdraw PF advance with form 31.
              I already completed 10 years of service.
              i wanted PF advance for house construction.
              My claim is rejected saying OK as reason for 3 times.
              I raised complaint in PF Grievance portal for 3 times, they replied "CASE DISPOSE OFF, "The inconvenience caused is deeply regretted. Kindly resubmit the claim to process. Thank you"
              When i resubmitted PF claim its rejected saying reason K.
              I am in urgent need to money, Kindly please take some action on it.

                Currently, I have two active UANs #[protected] and #[protected] with incomplete details on both. UAN #[protected] was generated in 2017 for my current PF account MHBAN[protected] and since then I am witnessing the issue and raising concerns. The correct details were present till 2017, while my last PF transfer was completed in 2016.

                I had raised multiple grievances to correct my service history on the current UAN#[protected] but still, both UANs are reflecting incorrect details. The reasons provided in 200+ Grievances raised in 6 years were unique and irrelevant. Sometimes they were being closed without any reason even after escalating it to next level. I had shared the Annexure-K for all transfers, but still I could not find any reason why a PF entry is not present and why I have two UANs.

                The correct service history for UAN[protected] should be as follows:

                APHYD[protected] Present in current UAN
                PUPUN[protected] not present in any UAN,
                APHYD[protected] Present in old UAN,
                MHBAN[protected] Present in current UAN

                All PF accounts were transferred sequentially but my current UAN has details of only 1st and 4th PF account.

                I have even raised request to transfer and close the old UAN[protected] and the transfer request was attested by my present employer, but even that is being rejected by field officer without providing any reason.

                  Dear Sir/Madam
                  I would like to inform you that I was deployed by Srs Human resource Pvt Ltd at Fun cinemas pitampura (delhi) on 1st May 2006 and exactly after one year I left the job, after 3-4 months when I left the job I applied for my PF in the company as on that time online PF portal was not available. Despite several attempts I never got my PF. The company made me run from pillar to post for my own PF everytime. The company's office was in connaught place Delhi opposite Janpath bhawan. Everytime they tell me to fill a form, They also tell me the form will be sent to Mumbai for my claim, but it never happens. The company always said that "there is a mistake in your form" " incorrect name" "incorrect address" and I never got my amount. Now after a long time when all the facilities are available I would like to apply for my pf. I am sending my offer letter and salary slip for reference (copy enclosed). Kindly help

                        I need to take medical claim benefit which my company is provided but after my marriage my name has been changed completely. I have submitted all the documents with marriage certificate, paper out, and Affidavit with updated new adhar and Pan card.but still they are not approving. They are rejecting after a month. And not doing process asap.

                                  This is regarding the PF transfer request i had raised 2 years back via FIS(current company).

                                  As per the response from EPFO team, the PF amount is with RPFC for transfer and neither PF nor pensionable services are transferred to my current PF account.

                                  I have raised multiple grievance corresponding to the PF transfer request raised on EPFO portal for PF and pensionable service transfer from previous organization to current organization i.e. from TCS to FIS. The latest Grievance request raised on 18/07/2023, but no action has been taken yet.

                                  The tracking ID for PF and pension transfer request is and is pending with RPFC since year 2021

                                      This is to inform you that my old EPS service has been transferred to my latest account.

                                      My service with Account number APHYD[protected] of 9 Years 3 Months 29 Days is transferred to Account GNGGN[protected]X0031864. But it is not transferred to my latest Account APHYD[protected].

                                      I have raised so many grievances but all with the same answer saying that it is in the pipeline. I have been waiting for 1 year now. Please do the needful.
