I was a employee in blk super speciality hospital, i have worked 2 year and i have left my job on 5 may 2017,. Then i waited 3 months after that i deposited my documents on 26 june 2017 in pf office karol bagh to mr alok and they replied that you pf amount will be transferred till 20 aug 2017 but they didn't and when i called there, they are saying, now come here within 2-3 days then collect your documents and submit it in pf office karol bagh...

I have submitted for pf withdrawal online on 20th jul but the settlement is not yet done.
I have given 2 reference numbers against withdrawal[protected] &[protected].

I have applied for my complete pf withdrawal on 6th july 2016, i have received my form 19 amount credited to my bank account on 26th july 2017 (Claim id: aphyd[protected].
And on 1st august 2017, i received an sms stating that "form 10c (Withdrawal benefit) claim id: aphyd[protected] acct n0 aphyd[protected] approved for payment through cheque. Payment under process". It has been 20 days, still it is showing the same status but i didn't received the credit in my account till now. All of my friends got credited their form 19 and 10c on the same day, but for me it is almost a month but still i haven't got the money. I am worried about that. Please look into this.

I'm kalyan, i want to transfer my very older epf to current pf. Older epf
Number format is completely different compared to the present one.
There is no uan at the time of older epf.

I was trying to interact with older epf company, but dint got any response from them. Please help me to resolve this issue.

Organisation - vigyan foundation is saying that they have given correct pf no. But fault is of pf office and only they can correct it
I being an individual has left the org. About 1.5 years before and till now waiting for pf settlement. Kindly look into the matter at earliest.

Incorrect date of birth was submitted by my office, but 20-24 days have been passed by submitting joint declaration form by my office to pf office, thane.
I am facing same problem while knowing ot activating uan.

Instead gaurav sajwan in my uan card they have mentioned gaurav sajwan v from which v has to be removed. Even i am not able to view pf passbook. When i am trying to update my adhaar card at site http://www.epfindia.gov.in/site_en/For_Employees.php?id=sm2_index, it is not allowing me to update.

with my UAN no. 2 months ago.
But still they are in pending process and not approved.
I want my PF balance on urgent basis.

I am trying to register on epf inoperative account help desk, but pin is not being sent to my mobile number. I think there is an error in the server or this is another elephant teeth of government to fool people.

I am enclosing the screen print of the form where it is saying that pin has been resent successfully but no pin has been received.

Everywhere on the site of epfo, uan number is being asked for any complaint. But for inoperative account one cann't generate uan (Because no pin is being sent).in other word you can't do anything. This is the efficiency of the department.

And my pf was deducted from my a/c 533/rs / month and i have been successfully submitted application at your kandivali west mumbai office on date of 03/august/2017 my epf return form and i received amt only 5671rs how why??
Whether i calculated my amt was deducted for pf is 533/per month
533×7 month =3731 gratuity is been gvn more than 6 month in vages
So 3731×2=7462 amt i want to receive but i'll receive only 5671 rs only i don't know why but i need to know how and why so plz reply me i am waiting for your positive response thank.

As all knows the epf site is very usefull for each and every employees. But whenever we try to open the site. It gives some kind of errors. And we are not able to find the options also easily. Most of the times the site used to be down.

Netbanking is also used by large amt of people but we rarely face such issues (Site busy/ server down etcc). But epf site is always down (Members. Epfoservices...).

Kindly help sorting out such issues soon.

Till date its almost 1 year 3 months, they say its rejected because of my father's name mid match, I have written several time during my tenure about this issue they have not made changes, and in my EPFO UAN card my father name is rightly mentioned, pls process my pension certificate through DKM online urgently

Writing this email for an issue encounter during - pf transfer from previous employer to new employer.

My new - pf account number start with

Which as per site should be
State andhra pradesh and regional is hyderabad but when i put same value in drop down it indicates some other code like gr/rjy..in short if i select andhra pradesh, hyderabad is not coming in drop down.

As hyderabad is no separated from andhra so i try to find telangana in state drop down but it is not appearing. Screen shot for your reference.

Could you please make nesscarry changes in drop down list so that i can inititae my - pf transfer from previous to present employer.

With reference to below mail trail, i require pf statement which i worked from april 2012 to january 2014 in rolta india ltd, andheeri seepz, mumbai.

I tried to contact bandra office and they informed to contact kandivali office as my case comes under kandivali jurisdiction.

I applied online but the error i received after 16 days which i attached. (Note: i have withdrawn the amount after i left rolta office in 2014)

Now i require the statement on urgent basis as my processing for australia pr is pending only due to this document since past 1 month. (As tried calling to contact numbers given in epf site multiple times from here in dubai past 10 days, but none interested to pick up the call), even tried all commissioner's numbers but in vain.

I need urgent attention on this as my file is pending else i may lose the opportunity of applying pr forever.

Kindly treat this as a priority and will be of great help if i receive through mail as well.

Hi team,

I have changed my employer. The previous employer was having pf with epfo whereas the new employer is maintaining it in trust.

I have submitted form 13. Now the form 13 is with previous organisation.

Could anyone please let me know who should be submitting the form 13 to epfo. My current organisation is saying it should be done by old and my old organisation is saying it has to be submitted by current.

Please let me know the work flow.

I have claimed my PF in the month of May 2017 (begining of the month) and its still not processed. I called may times to the concerned people but they always say the same thing that 'We have received your hard copy of PF claim and it will be process. I don't understand why it has not processed if they already have received the document its been almost 3 months now.

I have already submitted request for name correction through my employer but it has not been updated in UAN portal. This is to inform that i was working since 1999 in the name of primer hospital steel furniture manufacture, kasimedu, chennai 13. I was uneducated so i am not aware of that pf and esi facilities which is provided by employer. My company got ISO certificate even it has not maintained any proper records and had not issued even salary certificate who is working that company. In connection with it deals with Govt contractors but the employer has not maintained anything now also. This company has 8 to 11 labours as per records but only 6 employees are working there. Even i had not received proper salary as per salary date. Due to this i leave that company and i requested to my Pf amt but company not provided .
