My Name is Krishna Praised and my PF No.: PY/KRP/19214/198390 and UAN No:[protected]. I want to change my Mobile number in my USB account from [protected] to [protected]. As I am not using [protected]. Kindly update my mobile number to [protected] or tell me the procedure to change my number. I am not getting respond as I am jobless I need money for my son education but these people don't respond at all.

Hi Krishna,

First, I will suggest you, please don't share your UAN and mobile number like this. Anybody can misuse it. Even I have checked your PF balance and passbook also. Can't believe? Your DOB is 07-Mar-1984 and your Aadhar no is XXXXXX84199. Is not it right?

Now to update your Mobile number, passbook check etc please follow below steps.

1. Go to new EPFO portal
https://unifiedportal-mem.epfindia.gov.in/memberinterface/

2. Then from menu select manage/contact details
3. From there you can chenge your mobile number/mail I'd.
4. That's it.

If you found any issue then reply here or mail me. I will help you again.

    I am trying to access the website uanmembers.epfoservices.in for more than one month but not working all the time.
    Kindly let us know why EPFO and uan site are not working for long time.

    Earlier I was able to login in https://unifiedportal-mem.epfindia.gov.in/memberinterface/
    and I request for passbook download, after 4 days I tried to login to see the downloaded passbook then I was not able to login itself says "Close Connection". And from last week the the above url is not accessible.
    What is happening with the site.?

        I'm Senthamil Selvan K., i'm an ex-employee of Alliance Group.

        My UAN number is [protected], my PF account is in Bangalore.

        I resigned my job in Alliance group in the month of August'16. I claimed my pf on 24th Oct'16..

        Almost 5 months over I resigned my job, but still i have not received my PF. Continuously i'm following up with the pf department in Bangalore, but no proper response.

        Why do the central government want to hold my hard earned money. I don't understand.

        I'm really frustrated, please help me !!!

              I'm highly disappointed with the KLM services towards their business class passengers.
              My wife and I was travelling from Delhi to Paris via Amsterdam on 20th Dec, 2016 through flight AF225 seat no - 6F, 6E .

              We reached Paris and then we had a connecting flight [AF1240] Paris - Amsterdam.

              Unfortunately, Airfrance was not able to manage our luggage timely. However, it was delivered through next flight KL1224, which eventually kept us waiting for more than four hours at the airport.

              Also, I would like to mention that the Airfrance[AF] staff at airport was non cooperative. We were not properly guided with the procedure to get our delayed luggage.

              This incident ultimately made us suffer a lot not just mentally but physically as well. As we were further time bound to join our travel group and this delay caused us to miss our bus.

              We had to travel through taxi on our own in order to catch with our travel group and managing both the things in one go became a tough task for us.

              We were actually into a big mess which let to mental harassment that too at a start of our journey.

              Unfortunately, this was not the end of our woes. We had even booked our return tickets through KLM, a sister concern Airfrance for 2nd Jan, 2017.

              We boarded our flight KL1230 from CDG to AMS, which was delayed by 60 minutes . As we again had a connecting flight KL0871 from AMS-DEL and because our flight was already delayed from Paris hence we had to madly rush in the airport to catch our connecting flight KL0871.

              Despite being a business class passenger we weren't extended the best of the services. It was a sheer poor management by the KLM staff.

              Anyhow, luckily we boarded our flight but we were counted as the last boarders in the flight. Finally we landed in Delhi on 3rd Jan, 2017.

              But again we faced the same problem, our luggage was not handed over to us at Delhi airport.

              This is really not expected from KLM Airlines as the same blunder of delayed luggage was repeated twice.

              Now after speaking with the KLM ground staff member [Mr. Chandan] who assured us that we will positively receive our luggage next day was again a false commitment.

              However, we were continuously trying to get in touch with Mr. Chandan but he did not entertain any of our calls.

              Fortunately once we were connected with the customer care executive on the toll free number but they were unable to provide us with any dispatch details of our luggage.

              Also, while filing the PIR we were not given the file reference number. The incomplete information again made us helpless to check on our luggage tracing details on the online tracing portal.

              Sadly, neither the KLM call service nor the email services catered us with any of our queries and request of baggage tracing details.

              By this time we were completely mentally harassed as all the essential things were lying there in our baggage.

              My wife and I had to attend a very special wedding in Agra but we were unable to manage our programme all because of the inefficient Airfrance services.

              Although we made repeated attempts through phone calls, emails and even through social media to get connected but somehow the response was of no help to us!

              Finally we received our luggage after 3 long days out of which one was opened and goods were missing and still one bag is missing that holds our expensive valuables.

              Below enclosed are the complete details of missing baggage.

              We are really sorry to say that the inconvenience caused has made us suffer mentally and physically! As we both needed to attend a function but we had to take a call and only my wife could attend the function. For all the mess created by this airlines I was busy collecting the baggage in Delhi and hence couldn't attend the function.

              We even suffered losses on the hotel and taxi bookings. Also, we had to shop again in emergency for the upcoming event and as the time period was less we were not left with many options hence had to pick up things which were readily available and at exhorbitant prices.

              This whole scenario did put us in an awkward situation which even impacted our sweet relations with our relatives.

              I have failed to understand that how can such a big airline company can be so negligent towards their sky priority passengers.

              This careless attitude has severely caused us financially, physically and mentally.

              Keeping in best of your knowledge, we are holding all the documents and call recordings even the false commitments in reference to the customer service.

              Hence, We are looking forward for an appropriate compensation from the KLM airlines for all the mental and physical trauma we've suffered. We will be taking all the necessary steps to escalate this issue to the next level.

                As we all know by now, epfo portal is down for a month now. The major concern is there's none to provide and ETA on this. Has anyone taken responsibility for this? It's affecting a large number of people. This is a request to look into this matter before this is escalated.

                    I have been trying to get my Employee Family Pension money form EPFO for last 5 years now. Initially the application was sent to EPFO Bareily. they transferred to file to Delhi Wazirpur office stating the dues will be settled by them since my SBI account was in Saket Delhi. Wazirpur office sent the file PF office Dwarka stating it is in their jurisdiction. I have moved my bank account to Modinagar a year back. Dwarka office told me against my grievance raised few weeks back that the payment will be now made by Noida office. But they seems to be not informing the Noida office. I raised another grievance yesterday and now they sent the case to Bellary, karnataka for action without reading the content of the Grievance.
                    I have been made to run office to office for my own money. can some one look into this issue and help me.??

                          Hi, i am having UAN no.[protected]. I have been trying to withdraw my pf from last 1 year but after so many obstacles, process reached to pf settlement department and my both claims (pf & eps) got approved by the concerned department. While checking the status of both claims on www.epfservices.in is was showing that both cliams are approved and payment is under process. On 15th dec it was the status and my given bank account was credited with 20000 on that day, but my actual amount was Rs.74500 approx.

                          Best part is that, www.epfoservices.in is not being opened since then. It shows "epfoservices.in refused to connect".

                              Respected Sir / Madam,

                              I the Haresh Malshi Ninjar, has left the job from Weiss Rohlig India Pvt. Ltd.
                              and want to claim the PF amount and regarding that have submitted all the documents to my company. Previously my company made mistake in my name.

                              The company mentioned my name as Haresh Malshi Maheshwari intead of Haresh Malshi Ninjar.

                              Sir, actually Maheshwari is my cast not the surname and i have given the Affidavit which is dully notarized by the advocate. And the same all the documents submitted by company to the Chennai PF office. But again they refused to pass my PF amount and they are asking for the Gazette notification.

                              Sir, as i am having all the documents in the name of Haresh Malshi Ninjar, the advocate is asking how to apply for the Gazette for the same name.

                              Sir, my PF Account number is TN/39142/202, UAN NO.[protected],
                              request you to help in releasing my PF amount, since the same is pending from the long time and no body is helping me.

                                Dear sir/madam
                                With reference to our grievances register no. Rotha/e/2016/03751, rotha/e/2016/02943, rotha/e/2016/02859 & many more complaints regarding non payment of interest from december 2011 to december 2015, of company ms ralli wolf ltd, l. B. S. Marg, mulund (West) mumbai 400080. Now almost six months are over you have assured that you will get remaining interest from december 2011 to december 2015 at earliest. But so far wr have not received any reply from you to claim remaining interest for above period. As the p. F. Rules & regulations for claiming amount is changing after the death of member we request you all concern authorities to pay us our balance interest at earliest till we employees alive.
                                We all crossed our age above 65/70 years. Why you are waiting till our death.
                                Hoping co operations from you all staff in this case.

                                      I have requested for PF withdraw and submitted the form 19 with all the details on august through post including my HDFC cancelled cheque and it was received on 18.10.2016 by EPFO office in bangalore. I got message like application has been received from my end.

                                      claim ID PUPUN[protected]. Since there is no update from them even after 4 months i checked and came to know that my claim is rejected due to reason "AS PER KYC BANK A/C SHOWS[protected] & ON CH [protected] PL CH/OK".

                                      My HDFC account is : [protected] everywhere.
                                      There is no contact to discuss the issue and no proper communication from the EPFO.

                                      Ridiculously the EPFO is forcibly keeping my money for 4 months and getting interest from it even though am the owner am not getting for this period any.

                                      Moreover there is no proof provided that "KYC" details they are talking about that data is invalid.
                                      I want to make sure who's mistake it is before going to file a case on "EPFO" bangalore for rejecting my claim & keeping my money illegally with silly reasons.

                                      on 16th Sep 2016. The claim was approved by previous employer, But it's pending at Bangalore PF Office. I working in Mumbai location now. So, please let me know when it will be approved, and what's the action required from my side.
