My pf account no mhban[protected] laying at mumbai bandra epf office.I have already filled pf amount withdrawn forms and submitted at bandra office. Since last 5 month shows in online epf withdrawn status "settlement has been approved and payment under process". But still now i have not received my pf amount.I need quick refund my pf amount....

Pf transfer

Complaints against genius consultancy

Hi,
I am sakkeer vt. I was worked at bharti airtel in contract base through genious consultancy ltd, cochin. I got resigned 17/08/2015 and i completed all the process to clame my pf on 24/08/2015. He told me like, i will get it with in "90" days. But yet not get. It's almost done 8 months. These is a kind of cheating. I need a solution for my pf claim.

Non receipt of pension

As usual i sent my life certificate, in new format, this time along with adhar related information, but i am not getting my pension after january this year.
This has happened at year ends, earlier also as people in that office simply do not care.

Employer not allowing to withdraw pf

My employer''s HR head is not allowing to withdraw my PF amount stating it is illegal despite of government rolling back the limitations.

As per them the old PF norm confirms you could and still cannot withdraw your PF dues and can only be transfered

Please help me take action against such frauds who just try to avoid hastles for themselves and not pay respect to individual...
