It has been over 3 months that transfer status is in and out of office. The PF money has not been transfered yet. I have read about illin such cases and therr is no answer for motnhs from the EPFO organisation.

Sir My self Poonam choubey I had worked with Serco Globule services mohali from 05-jun-2013 to 23-dec-2015 as a c.s.a but due to some personal reason i was got absconded form that organization in month of December 2015 now they are not ready to give me my provident fund clearance and now i am not working so not able to transfer my Provident fund so let me know how can i withdraw my pf without employer clearance my pf no is MH/94725/155714 and my UAN no is[protected].

I have forgot the uid and password o[censored]an portal. I have also changed my mobile number which was not registered with uan portal. Now i don't have the old number. So that i can't reset the password. Could you please update my new mobile number: [protected] in place of old number : [protected]. I can't remember the establishment code which is asked in above fields. Please let me know if you need some more information regarding this issue. Kindly provide the assistance.

Dear sir i am dinesh kumar, my pf no. Is mh/ban/0006021/000/0002726, i have been worked with v-xpress (V-trans india ltd) for 4 years. They deducted epf from my salary but they didn't deposited er part of epf. Last year i left the job and since 15 months i am chasing them for my pf. Neither they are providing any information nor they are suporting me in this case. My epf a/c balane showing ee. Amt. 39378/- and er amt. 15365/-. As on date 29/06/2015. I left the job in jan-2016 with proper one month notice and got my full and finale payment also. Now you are requested to help me to get my full epf amount please.
I have complained to corporate hr by email but they didn't replied.

I was transfer my pf of previous company to my present company. The pf transfer is approved by the previous company and the present company. But the epfo is not transferring the pf amount. Below are the transfer id:

Below letter was sent along with PF claim form as Informed in my RTI LETTER.But in spite of my several requests neither I received my amount nor response to my claim/letter

Hence request your intervention in this regard to get my claim at the earliest as my family is in heavy Financial crunch. If I get my money my family will somehow come out of financial crunch.

Refer the above. I would like to inform you that till date there was no reply from your end and I was forced to know my PF details to EPF office under RTI act for which I have got reply and the letter of the same is enclosed herewith.

As advised by EPF office I am enclosing my PF claim form along with the necessary documents herewith for processing my PF (Employees and Employer Contribution along with Pension claim) at the earliest without any further delay.

Also I am eligible for claiming the gratuity and confirm me the same too.

I am sakkeer vt. I was worked at bharti airtel in contract base through genious consultancy ltd, cochin. I got resigned 17/08/2015 and i completed all the process to clame my pf on 24/08/2015. I get my pension from epf pension office lucknow, my ppo no. Up/lko/18977.
As usual i sent my life certificate, in new format, this time along with adhar related information, but i am not getting my pension after january this year.
This has happened at year ends, earlier also as people in that office simply do not care.
I would also like to get my pension account transferred to delhi in near future, as i am living in this area, after retirement and i hope here i would be getting better services.
At the moment i am asking for continuance of my pension payments.

My date of leaving is wrong in motorola pf account of mine.
Actions has taken yet:
First i raised a complaint to motorola mobility, as on process they agreed to correct by sending joint declaration by member and employer .

Problem:
Now regional provident fund commissioner office is saying it is correct . They conveyed...

Sir i have already submitted all the documents on 24th feb16 at dwarka sec-23 office to release my epf and eps money and the epf money has paid by them to my account but the eps money is not done and all the query raised by them are completed and till date they are not released my eps amount which is pending, i sent form 10c via email & speed post to epf office (Ro. [protected]@epfindia.Gov.In) till date they are not considered and even not replying after submitting of all documents and my email pod also sent to them for their information it is taking long time and the time stipulated and specified by delhi govt. Why PF department is taking so much time. I have seen similar complaints by other people also. Are there any problems in the process?

I have already raised a request about this on 27-may-2016. Still problem is not yet resolved. I am not able to understand why epfo has been taking long time to transfer amount.

This is really bad & pathetic situation. I request you please do it asap.

Hi my name is Rowan Shide

My employer''s HR head is not allowing to withdraw my PF amount stating it is illegal despite of government rolling back the limitations.

As per them the old PF norm confirms you could and still cannot withdraw your PF dues and can only be transfered

Please help me take action against such frauds who just try to avoid hastles for themselves and not pay respect to individual exigencies.

He then aggresivrly commands to engage regional PF commissioner to implement action
