The staff at the PF office in Bandra is more rude and less helpful and informed. Both my retired parents went for pension application form, One day on person gave two forms and explained a different procedure, After opening Bank account and getting documents attested from the Company, when they went to submit the application form, another staff is saying this is not how it is done, you will have to refill a fresh form and get it attested from the company again.!
Is this some kind of a joke or the staff at the PF office in bandra takes pleasure in harassing and taking rudely to senior citizens., For a mere less than Rs. 1000 per month, they have to do so much of running about simply because the staff is undertrained in being helpful and over trained in being rude !
