    Hi Team, I am Prayash Gupta (PF number - DS/NHP/0023719/000/0131512) have applied for the settlement of my PF amount and I am getting different replies every time when I am raising a concern about the delay in the money getting credited to my account. I submitted all the documents and after waiting for a month I raised a complained to know about the delay in the settlement of my money. At the beginning I was told that the cheque was returned to the office for some reason and even the reason was not told to me, then I was asked to submit an ASR form, then when I submitted that ASR form I was told that they have not received the form. Then I sent the screen shot of the delivery status of the form to show that the document is already delivered. Then they have changed their statement and replied that the PF amount is already settled on July 2015 which is again incorrect as I have not received any money in my given bank account. I even sent them the list of emails that I have received from them giving me different answers but it was of no use, the reply was the same that the amount is already settled and then I said that I can even send the bank statement to show that no money is credited in the bank account but they are avoiding the case and not even reading the attachment which I have been sending. I have been given wrong information and my concern is being neglected. Their have been 2-3 incidents when they said that its not my PF account which is again incorrect. Finally they are saying that the money is already settled and even after my reply that there is no money credited in the account and I can send the bank statement to show that but they are not bothered. Please look at the attachments I have added and help. Thanks Prayash Gupta

            Sir, On[protected], I have submitted my claim through the online portal to transfer my Provident Fund balance along with my Pension Service Details to my present account(ADA Software) from my previous organization(CARE India), where I had worked from[protected] to 31-Dec-2014. During submission I chose my last employer (CARE India) for attestation of my claim Form(Form-13). As per the manual after filling up the form and signing on the same, I couriered the hard copies to my last organization(CARE India) HO in Delhi & Regional office in Patna for their signature and submission. In accordance with the status shown on the online portal, my claim got approved from my last employer (CARE India) on the 13th of August-2015 .But no fund was transferred.On inquiry from the portal & the EPFO office I came to know that my claim is now being termed as a non-actionable claim and therefore I haven't received anything in my present account too. As a common middle class person I don't have any idea on how to proceed further on this because on inquiring my last organization is saying that they have approved my claim and thus there is nothing to do from their end and on the other hand my current organization is finding no way out to take any action against my claim so that they can help me.                       Hi, Reference Number: 999248051508210024967 I have raised a PF transfer request from accout: PYBOM[protected] to account: PYKRP[protected] in August 2015. By 27th August 2015 itself both previous and current employers has approved this request. Now the request is in ':Your request is In Transit between EPFO Out and In Office.' this status since 3 months. Kindly help me on this. Please let me know if anything I am missing in this request. Also I mailed to [protected]@epfindia.gov.in help desk many times. Didn't get any response.

                                  The staff at the PF office in Bandra is more rude and less helpful and informed. Both my retired parents went for pension application form, One day on person gave two forms and explained a different procedure, After opening Bank account and getting documents attested from the Company, when they went to submit the application form, another staff is saying this is not how it is done, you will have to refill a fresh form and get it attested from the company again.! Is this some kind of a joke or the staff at the PF office in bandra takes pleasure in harassing and taking rudely to senior citizens., For a mere less than Rs. 1000 per month, they have to do so much of running about simply because the staff is undertrained in being helpful and over trained in being rude !
