I had Submitted PF transfer request physically in Aug 2014. It was approved by current and previous employer in Sep 2014. On 7 th Oct 2014, my previous employer had sent Annexure K to Regional PF Commisioner, 37, Royapettah High Road, Royapettah, Chennai- 600014. Annexure K reference- TCSEPF/PFTRF OUT/1415/OCT14/084/466515 My PF account number details: Previous employer: MH/BAN/48475/466515 Current Employer: TN/MAS/31309/266021 After that there is no update.     I have been trying to get my Date of birth changed of my PF account Number . Form 5 along with my DOB proof has already been submitted by my employer on dated 09th October 2015.     From, Ashrukana Saha, A-7, Dakshinamurti Residency, Sunpharma Road, Atladara, Vadodara, Gujarat: 390012 20th November 2015 Sir, After my husband's (Dr Ashok Kumar Saha) untimely death on 22nd March 2015, the scheme certificates of all three companies he had worked at had been submitted at EPFO, Vapi as his last working place was Unimark remedies, Vapi. Following which confirmation of the other two scheme certificates has been sent from Bombay(MH/BAN/46987) and Baroda (GJ/BRD/15793/14273) to EPFO, Vapi. 10D form was filled and along with all original documents required had been submitted at EPFO, Vapi for the initiation of pension. on 17th June 2015. It is my humble request to look into the matter as soon as possible and kindly take steps to release my much needed pension.       Wrong surname in uan

      My UAN is[protected]. My name is INDRANIL GHOSH. But in the UAN page my surname is wrongly showing as "GOSH". I have submitted numerous complaints to rectify the same but no action has been taken.

      Dear Sir/Madam, I have submitted a grievance related to emergency requirement of PF amount due to my sons heart surgery and below is the registration number. I have called to the below number provided many times and there is no response hence request you to please look into this matter and provide me an update on this. I need the money immediately as I have to deposit it into the hospital and would appreciate your immediate response on this. My PF No is TNMAS[protected], UAN No:[protected]. I have sent many emails to them and called up many times but still i do not have any response, i need to pay the money to the hospital and as per there website the money would be deposited in 1 week and now it is more than 2 weeks still i am waiting for a response from them. If they provide this kind of service how would anyone have a faith in them. Please look into this matter and close asap. I believe this would be taken care of or else i would need to reach out to social websites for the support. Your immediate response in this matter is highly appreciated. Thanks & Regards, Khaleel

          Hi, I applied for PF transfer through online system. The transfer has been approved by both previous and current employer. The status in the system is given as "Account Details received in EPFO IN office and under process." from from 5 August 2015 -More than months. My Online claim Ref Number is 999249051507150019729.             You ticket print says identification card should be carried there's no particular mentioning that all the passenger should carry identification card kindly correct the literature henceforth in all the tickets due to improper literature of yours I am facing big problem

              I was part of a company called ZENTA and on acquisition my PF got transferred to Accenture. I have received the settlement of 13, 000 pertaining to Accenture but not the transferred amount. I have checked with the Chennai PF office and they informed that my PF (TNMAS[protected] had been transferred to existing account MH/BAN/45665/157309 for the total amount transferred is Rs.1, 45, 490 through cheque no. 739690 dated 12/9/2013. But i have not received this amount as the final settlement. I have raised a 2 grievance already (see attached ) and based upon that i have submitted my PF forms to Mumbai PF office through Accenture. But it has been rejected for the fourth time (last got rejected on Nov 2015) stating the settlement has done which is not the actual case. It has been almost close to 3years that PF is pending. Thanks.

                Hello Support,

                I had initiated a PF transfer claim request from my previous employer(Wipro Technologies-pf acc. no. : KN/11394/154559) to present employer(Cosmic Circuits- pf acc.no-PY/KRP/35851/275) on 13/01/2014. But still I don't see the amount credited to my PF account at cosmic circuits .

                Could you please let me know when would this claim get processed ?
                Do you normally take this long to process a claim transfer ?


                I am attaching the copy of the PF transfer claim letter written by my employer (Cosmic Circuits) to the Assistant PF Commissioner Officer, EPFO, SA0-Whitefield, KR Puram, Bangalore on 13/01/2014.


                .Kindly look into this matter at the earliest to resolve the issue.

Subhanandini administrative officer along with one of the trustee of the establishment.For my complaint is one lady called our landline number on 5/11/2015 at 11.43am and told me if i talk my balance will go off so you cal my number [protected] like that.I call back that number she asked about form9 and claim form Pf.num 55 regarding this i spoke to her she reply me with respectlessly.i told to her talk respectively.Again again and she spoke like that only.I asked her name she told no need to know you my name and disconect the call.This kind of misbehaviour will made employer disatisfied.Please take necessary action towards her as soon as possible early. my contact num [protected]

                      I have raised e-transfer request from http://memberclaims.epfoservices.in/ site for transfer my previous PF account in new PF account.

                      Claim has approved by both previous and current employer, and status says - 'Your request is in Transit between EPFO out and In office' from 10 September 2015 (more than month)

                      My Online claim form Ref Number is 999318051508280012890 and showing status as - "Your request is In Transit between EPFO Out and In Office"

                      Please let me know when can I expect the transfer and Is there any issue?

                              Sir, I have been trying to following up with my employer for last one year to link my current pf account to my UAN number but they are not able to do so because somehow they have entered by DOB & Father name incorrectly. How it has passed EPFO document verification is questionable. The employer is not accountable enough to complete our requests on time. We cannot push the employer enough due to job security. After a year I was able to get them to submit my DOB correction request. Now the employer has washed away his hands saying that we cannot commit when is your DOB going to be updated. My correct DOB is 19 APR 1987 & father's name is Mr. Anil Shrivastava which they have somehow managed to change to 01 JAN 1980. Due to all the above I wanted my passbook via the grievance route. It would help me figure out a couple of things 1. Whether my DOB has been updated correctly or not. 2. My current passbook. Also I have requested for online transfer of claim to my new account from PYPNY[protected]. Whenever I try accessing my passbook for the new account it says its not yet available on portal. Please send me my account statement of the new account as well.

                                    I have been trying to Change my Date of Birth in my PF account number MR/NOI/0062518/000/0000063. I have submitted application form along with copy of Aadhar Card as Date of Birth proof on 15 Sept '15 but till now my Date of Birth has not been updated. I need to get it changed ASAP as i am leaving my current company in a few days and i cannot withdraw. I request you to please forward my request to EPFO Customer Support.
