Employee's Providents Fund Organisation [EPFO] — Claim amount is not reflecting in any of the PF account(Old/Present)

I have requested for pf transfer which is showing settled but the amount is not reflecting in the new account.
As per grievance request status, it is returned to chennai PF office which needs to retransfer but its not processed by chennai PF office .
Even after several mails/phones, no body responding to it.

I have filed RTI for the same which has been transfered to chennai PF office and still they are not responding to it.

Old PF number :TNMAS[protected]
New PF number :BGMRD[protected]
Claim Number :TNMAS[protected]
