Claim-form-19 (Epf final settlement) (Resign) claim id-mhban[protected] member id-mhban[protected] has been rejected due to :- member name not printed on cancelled cheque/k

Have submitted the bank statement along with the documents.
Havent received any letter and it pending. Need help.

My pf amount is not receive, please chaque my pf wethrouwal status, and inform me.

Hello Sir/Madam,

I had submitted my claim for withdrawal of PF fund but due to some unknown reason it has got rejected. I am unable to make out the reason of rejection as there are no remarks given at the site. Please let me know the reasons of rejection so that I could get the corrections done.
