[Resolved]  Employee's Providents Fund Organisation [EPFO] — claim status under process

My uan is[protected]. I have raised the pf n pension on 11th april as i am currently unemployed and want to get a surgery done. I hv requested epfo on emails, calls, facebook, twitter i have all proofs. They say if you apply online it takes on 5-10days. Its been 12 working days and there is no one who could help me in this. I am not begging money. I am asking for my own money. Why is wrong info provided on time taken if you cant fulfil the same.
