Employee's Providents Fund Organisation [EPFO] — claimed money not received after 20 days on epfo

I was working in a company name concentrix. After approx 2 years, i have claimed the my pf amount on 14 may 2018 when i left that company.

As i am checking the claimed status, it shows "under process". Several times i tried to contact to pf help line no. I. E[protected]. It always comes busy.
How long i have to wait for my money.

I am not able to withdraw the money as there is Error "Request XML signature verification failed". Please Help

While submitting claim request i am getting this error from last 1 week and these government employees are not paying attention to customer issues.I have tried contacting TOLL FREE NUMBER POSTED Publicly on the website but it is not contacted.[protected].These government officials are bother less to resolve customer issues..
