Employee's Providents Fund Organisation [EPFO] — complaint against employer for kyc approval

I approached my employer - the child, sector 46, gurgaon several times for kyc approval but no one is helping and says that i have to wait for 3 to 4 months, should i approach labour court or pf office will approve my kyc?

I want to withdraw my pf on urgent medical basis and i approached epfo grievance portal and lodged a complaint, they said i have to approach my employer but my employer is very rude and adamnt and not approving my kyc.

Please help me
