Employee's Providents Fund Organisation [EPFO] — Correction in dob and adhaar seeding

Date of Incident - 27November2022
Have submitted DOB correction through online login portal on 31AUG2022 then again submitted each and every documents attested & duly signed on 27November2022, as mention in rejection comment and also filed grievance there also submitting every document duly attested and signed by employer and me. But then also DOB not corrected till date and it's been 6 months now. Online correction is being done from a long time now then why asking for offline document submission.
Documents submitted :
i) Aadhaar
ii) DOB certificate. Both documents duly signed and stamped.
