Employee's Providents Fund Organisation [EPFO] — correction in name, father name & d/o/b provident fund account number - uan no.[protected]

1. Already we have submit our highschool certificate and aadhar card in our field office - Haldwani (Nainital) Uttarakhand but no action taken from their site till now (procedure followed by me 3 times online correction but after 8 or 10 days message shown in my phone that your request for name & d/o/b change is rejected by your field office ). So i request to you that kindly understand my problem and take necessary action.
2. I submit our certificate and other document in SRO office (EPF office haldwani) by self.
3. By telepathically i want now the reason but no answer given by them, only phone transfer various officers.
Please help
