Furnishing Below herewith Correct Details in PF Office for My Change of Date of Birth Wrong DOB is 25.12.1983, But Actually DOB is 25.12.1984. I am Submitted already Form2 & Form11 & Also Again Self Declaration Form at Dated:-08.11.2016. But PF Department is Not Update. Plz Take Action.
