My name is jackie chauhan. My epf account number dl/cpm/8355/659
I am deposit my epf claim form 09 june 2017. But till no balance in transfer my account. I did many call in epf department but always reaply me i next week balance is coming in your account. Next week next now today 24 july 2017. But still pending my epf form. Now department not pic my phone. I m many time try epf department both phone number[protected] and[protected] but now dont pic my phone and dont give me any reaply. I am attached with this mail my epf form deposit slip.
