My epfo claim has been rejected due to -

Claim-form-10c (Eps withdrawal/sc) (Withdrawal benefit / scheme certificate) claim id-dsnhp[protected] member id-dsnhp[protected] has been rejected due to :- s s differ/ok.

Claim-form-19 (Epf final settlement) (Resign) claim id-dsnhp[protected] member id-dsnhp[protected] has been rejected due to :- s s differ/ok

Kindly tell me the way that what i have to do now.

I have received only a part of my pf after working for about two years in a reputed organisation. I have resubmitted the form about 5 months ago but still even after 1.4 years of resignation the pf has been not received.

I am facing issue with same concern.

what is solution for this issue and what can i do now ? please reply as soon as possible.

Note: Please find attached my issue which i received from EPFO department.
