Dear Sir / Mam,

With reference to the above, I am Ajay Bhosale, My PF a/c no. is - TH/THA/0014528/000/0000498 but due to sum mistakes in your system it show on Mr. Haidur Molla name. Thats why i am unable to withrawal my PF amt. I am already given complaint ( on Co. Letter Head ) twice time in PF Thane Mumbai office. 1st on dt.10th Aug. 2015 and 2nd on 18th Feb. 2016. Also i am follow up on phone but till not got any response from PF office.
Please do needful.
