Hello sir / madam,

I've left the company on 05/09/2019 and when i was applying for pf amount it is showing the date of exit is not mentioned by the company.

It's almost 2months but still, my company doesn't mention any date of exit.

I've submitted a grievance against this on 26/10/2019. Kindly update the details so that i can withdraw my pf amount.
