Can you give me the suggestion... Moreover i'm going to resign from my present after 3 months service period. So, i want to claim my pf fund.

I received a text message saying that I need to link both my PF accounts
old and new one
when I tried it online it said incorrect credentials where as the credentials I entered were all correct
