Dear Sir,

My self Bijja Anjaneyulu Aged 63 yrs. S/O Late Bijja Vinay Kumar.

I would like to inform you that My son is Passed away on 30.11.2015. Due to Massive heart attack. My son EPFO A/C No:WB/CAL/0039504/000/0015333)

Still I'm not Yet Receive full Claim amount of My son EPF (Monthly Pension ) & EDLI Assurance Benefit.

and EDLI Assurance Benefit Claim status Shows Cheque has been returned.

Sir, I submitted all they required documents at EPFO Kolkata .. & Online they shows Settled Monthly Pension on 30.05.18 . But in My A/C isn't Credited any amount.

Please find attd documents for your reference.

Hi,

I had submitted PF withdrawal claim on 20 May 2018 after one month claim got rejected as below.

Please hep me with reason for rejection so that i can reapply for PF withdrawal.

REMARKS: Claim-Form-19 (EPF Final Settlement)(Resign) Claim id-MHBAN[protected] Member id-MHBAN[protected] has been rejected due to :- OK/OK
