Employee's Providents Fund Organisation [EPFO] — Pension application pending since 2 months

My dad is retired employee of MTDC ( Maharashtra tourism development corporation ). We had applied for the monthly pension on the Provident portal in From 10D on 06 April 2022. The status is still showing under process and not action taken on application yet.
