My pf amount has been processed through neft - but the amount has not been credited.

Receipt date 22/01/2018
Claim form type form-19 (Epf final settlement)
Dispatch date 01/02/2018
Status settled
Remarks: claim form-19 (Epf final settlement) (Resign) claim has been settled. Payment sent on - 01/02/2018 via neft.

But money not credited in my account yet please help me what is the problem?

मैं कुबेर यादव मेरा PF एकाउंट का स्टेटस चेक नही हो पा रहा पहले दिल्ली में कंपनी थी अब गुड़गांव चली गयी है
मेरा PF खाता नं. DL/CPM/29706/174 है
कृपया मेरा pf balance balance बताया जाए
