Employee's Providents Fund Organisation [EPFO] — pf amount not yet received

I have applied for pf and pension amount on 18th july and the status is still under process and i haven't received the amount and any kind of confirmation massage yet. Please help me to get this pf amount. I need it urgently. I have checked many times but there is no change in status. I have called on helpline number but the line stayed busy all the time.
