Employee's Providents Fund Organisation [EPFO] — Pf amount withdrawal

Dear sir,
As i left my previous company on 21st december 2016, i applied for my pf amount for withdraw. But my last employer is not going to submit the documents to pf office. Since latst 3 months i am going to call hr team but no one is responding to the calls, even mails also. If you need any kind of support i will provide, but i need to take an action regarding this issue employer name is magna info tech, hyderabad.
What kind of action i have to take regarding this...

I am MADAN PHUKAN. i was worked under SSA assam. I was resigned my job and claimed for my EPF Balance. My UAN no-[protected][AS/[protected]]. In 23/5/17 I got an amount of Rs 63199. however I knew my contribution was Rs 62747. Than where is my employer contribution. why is the Rs 452 extra, is it interest money? please reply. Thanks in advance.
