Employee's Providents Fund Organisation [EPFO] — pf claim rejected

I was working with csc technologies india pvt ltd, chennai (Estab id tbtam[protected]) and my date of joining was 10.09.2013, since i got admission in mba with a reputed institution i left the job. Since i forgot my uan after completing my mba while joining new company, i got new uan from new employer
Now i have managed to update kyc of my old uan and submit online claim on 18th jan, 2018 but unfortunately my online claim status showing as rejected as :- present employer has not made payment in your pf account. Please help me in getting my claim amount. Looking forward your valuable support
