Hi,
Submited my pf claim forms on 1st feb 2017, but is yet not processed. Now from a couple of days it started showing the below message:

Claim id : mhban[protected]
Status : claim form 19 for pf settlement against member account no (Mhban[protected] has been approved. Payment is under process.

Claim id : mhban[protected]
Status : claim form 10c for withdrawal benefit against member account no (Mhban[protected] has been approved. Payment is under process.

I am trying to call them but there is no response, please tell me when will i get the amount credited and will it be in the account i submitted the cancelled cheque for?
