Uan no[protected] and pf ac no is bgbng7041/139 with bangalore office i had submitted form 10 d on 18.12.2017 after a lapse of 45 days when inquired at pf office 2 documents were missing which i had enclosed earlier however i submitted a copy to mr kartik case worker at ad 55, /4 dept 5th floor on 5.2.18 till date no iformation from the office. Online status shows rejected but app has not been returned, apart from this they have accepted the misplaced copies. Pl help mein this regard.
