Greetings Sir/Madam,
I Ajit Kumar Sethi bearing UAN No.[protected] i have raised the request for withdraw my PF account in website and it has approved, after applying few days i come to know that in my Bank account No. Zero is Missing, that is [protected] instead of correct account No.[protected], when i have checked claim status it is showing claim settled.
but amount has not credited in my account, So again i have changed the Bank account No in KYC and raised the request on the website and it has rejected, and i got a sms that my claim has rejected because it has settled already, i have checked the reason it showing claim settled already and showing some Cheque No.
Till today i have not received a single rupee also.
so many times i have tried to contact ro. thane in phone but no one responded yet, i am sending mail again n again till now i have not received a single reply from RO. THANE,
i have sent mail to [protected]@epfindia.gov.in, i am getting reply but issue not yet solved. I am not getting any clarity about my amount
i am totally frustrated by sending mail again n again for my own Money. Please help me out from this problem.
