Employee's Providents Fund Organisation [EPFO] — pf settled but not credit

Hi team,
My pf settled on 15th of october and payment sent via neft on 15th of october but still i didn't get any money and i called in pf office faridabad but they were telling earlier that i will received with in 2 days but today they are saying that tomorrow or day after tomorrow they will sent neft, i need this money urgently for medical purpose but epfo faridabad is not working properly...

Epfo faridabad office is not working, they are very lazy peoples & making fool.
