Employee's Providents Fund Organisation [EPFO] — pf transfer - claim status "rejected by field office"

I requested for online pf transfer from my previous organization in epfo portal. After 4-5 weeks of time, the status quoted that my request is "rejected by field office". There is no other comments/reasons for this rejection. More details about the rejection would be very useful to take care of other formalities if i had missed in my earlier request.
