Employee's Providents Fund Organisation [EPFO] — pf withdrawal regarding

Dear sir/madam,

My uan no. :[protected]

I have applied for my pf settlement claim through manual form sent by post to rajkot office in may 2017

When i checked for my pf claim status on uan portal, it says "claim settled".

The following message is displayed in the epfo claim status portal.

Claim form-19 (Epf final settlement) (Resign) claim id-gjraj[protected] member id-gjraj[protected] has been settled. Payment sent on - 19-may-17 via neft

Claim form-10c (Eps withdrawal/sc) (Withdrawal benefit / scheme certificate) claim id-gjraj[protected] member id-gjraj[protected] has been settled. Payment sent on - 19-may-17 via neft.

It says the claim is settled but till today the amount is not credited to my account.
It looks like either the neft transaction is not yet initiated or it may have failed.
As advised by gandhidham pf office i have sent again my pf withdrawal form in october-2017 this time my pf form returned mentioned that bank has not yet return the amount. And now uan portal showing status like under...

Kindly help me to know the exact status and when it will be credited to my
Account.
