I've applied for my pf withdrawal under covid19 pandemic. Iand i followed all precedures what they mentioned.. They asked to upload my cancelled cheque either image or pdf format and i have attached as image format. They rejected my application saying unable to open pdf file. When i uploaded image format how they can say it is pdf. They are neglecting their services in this critical time. I
I have to pay my loans and i need my pf money to clear my loans. Pleas take action against epfo bommasandra office.

Updated by Kranthi Valishetti Issue is not resolved. How they can say to re apply when there is no proper information on why they rejected. I want to escalate this. Lost trust on consumer service as you failed in taking action against them.
