Respected sir, A widow who lost her husband and son, has didnt get her son's provident fund due to some minor mistake in death certificate but she has received insurance amount on her sons name.she has visited PF office many times but no luck application has rejected many times.i am attaching images for your reference.kindly look into this issue as applicant running after offices from around 3 or 4 years.
