My epf no is dsnhp[protected]

I have submitted for withdrawal of my pf on 9th nov 17 at epfo complex plot no. 23, sector-23, dwarka, new delhi, delhi 110075

Also i have submitted grievance on 5th dec 17 registered no is delso/e/2017/15858 as provided by the epf grievance web site
Attached is the copy of receiving proof of submission and the grievance submitted proof also.
The status is showing as under process
I have received my pf amount into my account
Please help in getting my pf amount

As a mentioned subject i am unable to add KYC .whats problem in server is under maintenance from 8 days.kindly advice me if any other way to add kyc & approved by employer because of my pf account is inopretive i am not geting any intrest from one year pl help me
