Employee's Providents Fund Organisation [EPFO] — Rejected claim without reason

Hello my Uan number is[protected].
I have applied for pf withdrawal first time on 3 august and which has been rejected without giving any reason. Moreover, there had been claim raised which hasn’t been done by me.Please give explanation for this and reflect the total amount without any claim deduction.

I have applied for advance pf withdrawal(form 10c), pf withdrawal (form13), kindly look into this matter and process my request as soon as possible.
