I have raised a claim on 10th february, 2018. After a week i got sms that the claim has been settled and the amount will be credited in 3-4 working days in my given bank account. But now it is more than a month, i have not received any amount in my bank account. I tried to contact the customer care number, but its never answerable. My tracking id is[protected].
