Employee's Providents Fund Organisation [EPFO] — still not received pf amount

I had apply for pf amount 8 months back and then to my company they received
A mail form pf office they they have submitted amount in my bank account but i didn't received any amount in my bank i already sent my account statement to pf ofice and after that there is no reply from any of side please help me out
